Like your video and I understand what you mean with your little down sides to the box. I have the tournament 800and it's a fantastic box. My only fault I have with mine was I found the seat too hard. I did order a custom seat from " just perfect seats " and wow what an improvement.
Great looking seatbox but does it come with a shallow tray at the bottom for pole rigs. My only gripe with it is the fact that like you said the bottom tray is screwed in place meaning that if you take the rest off your gear in that tray can come out during transport

ive got the daiwa d500 love it just ordered some tackle tidy inserts 4 it 2 spice it up abit : )
Daiwa boxes have a good build quality. it's a fine balance between weight & durability top bit is for pole winders

Is there a stacker box lid you could get to pop on to keep you tackle safe when you remove the drawer units and seat?

Bought when first came out sent back as when you sit on it to the seat drops slightly onto the drawers so you can't open to get anything out 😢😢
That’s a shame as they are good seat boxes I just find they could be a bit more solid then they would be perfect
Was that on the D100 ? As I have the tournament 800 and I dont have that issue
