I think the Color inversion on [Final Judgment “Sin Revealed Behind Danmaku”] is because it changed your bullets into arrows and slowed them down, I think the intent is that if you move up too fast it kills you?
I have realized why Koakuma doesn't show up here: She is the only one character with no Spell Cards in the games (from Th6 onwards)
Every character has one (PoFW Spell Cards counts), even Daiyousei and Lili White got theirs in GFW and HSiFS.

Ah, not quite. Even though both of them reappeared in Fairy Wars neither of them got spell cards in that game. They attacked, but only the Fairies of Light used spell cards (though you're right, Lily did get spell cards in HSiFS). So Dai and Koakuma are the only two in Touhou without spell cards.
Though you are still pretty on point with who Koa was left out. Green Dinobot says it's because everyone else at least came back a second time in _something_, but Koakuma's the only one that didn't.

Sukuna's spell at 47:22 Gadget Sign "Light from the Future" is a reference to the anime Doraemon. The titular character Doraemon is a robot cat from the future that can pull out a bunch of gadgets, one of which being the magnifying ray seen in the spell.
Yeah, I had a feeling somehow it was a Doraemon reference.

Yuuka, Flandre, Tenshi, Sumireko, AND Kaguya on a blood moon. As well as both spinoff-only bosses (Three Fairies of Light and Hatate). Not to mention the two youkai sages we know (and Kasen) and FREAKING REIMU. Who the hell did Seija kill for that. (One thing worth pointing out, tho, is that Junko's spellcard and its name reminds me of Gengetsu even more than the whole battle against Junko in LoLK)
On the plus side, she didn't piss off the PC-98 cast, the fanmade Phantasm bosses, the fangames' cast, or CtC Reimu.
Also I tried singing alongside the characters' music… with only one pause … My throat is sore, pls send help… (Still a great 1 hour medley of Touhou characters, music, AND gameplay. All in one)
Edit: Reimu's PoDD theme, huh… the IaMP arrangement no less. Does this mean a IaMP/fighters-only boss rush?
She also didn't tick off any of the manga characters (Rinnosuke, the Watatsuki sisters, etc)

As TvTropes said in its page on I Wanna Be The Guy: you have infinite lives, and you will need every last one of them.
I find it interesting on a technical level that all of the time slowing I've seen in fangames seems to reduce the FPS of the game instead of your movement speed and the speed of the bullets; is it just easier to reduce the FPS cap?
I know you use GameMaker so from personal experience - yes. This is why CAVE games for example do the same thing when it comes to hardware restrictions, but in some cases it's simply easier to reduce the FPS for a time to give a performance "boost" - for the case of characters like Youmu, you can do something similar while staying at 60 FPS if you're simply using it as a timeslow effect, but this is harder to do and why most Touhou scripts simply halve the FPS and bring it back to normal when slowdown is done.

I realize it's a bit late, but the logic behind Inferno Grazing Moon looks simple enough. When the bullets are close to either the player or the moon, they slow down. When they're close to both, they speed up, and possibly aim themselves at the player, I didn't get a good enough look.

I have a question, is this suppose to copy the original all star 100%?
Doesn't look like it. It's definitely inspired by it, but this does a lot of things differently, biggest difference is the obvious in that, that video came out in 2011 so it only had Touhou 6-13 characters, but this instead goes all the way up to Touhou 16.
But beyond that, the original put in _EVERY_ Touhou 6+ character, whereas this only stuck to characters who had spell cards or appeared multiple times. You may notice Koakuma was left out of this, plus the original All-Star had all the print work characters as well such as Rinnosuke, Heida, Watatsuki sisters, Renko and Maribel.
The flashlight from Shinmyoumaru's card may have been a gravity falls reference.
Nah, it's a Doraemon reference. That flashlight is a tool brought by the robotic cat from the future (hence the Light from the Future name) to make things bigger
