If you watch my older videos, you’ll see where I was living on less than what I make now. I’m still one paycheck away from losing everything. I look at it this way - there is ALWAYS someone who will have it worse than you, me, and others.
If you watch my older videos, you’ll see where I lived on less. That being said, my rent was also lower. People need $100,000 a year to live ‘comfortably’. There’s always going to be someone who has it worse, I’m just trying to share what I’ve learned to help along the way. If I still paid $850 a month for rent, on my current income - I’d agree that my income wasn’t low.
So glad I found your channel. I am a new subscriber. Enjoying that you are doing biweekly. I also get paid biweekly, have a daughter and I am a single parent, with a single income. This is exactly the type of video I was hoping for. Thank you for sharing.
T-Mobile has a sister phone company called Metro by T-Mobile. I'm not sure if you have that where you live. But they have cheaper phone plans. I only pay $60 for my daughter and I. New subscriber btw 😊
I implemented a strict budgeting strategy to track expenses and set clear limits, while also focusing on a smart investment approach. In just six months, my investments grew by over $70k boosting my savings and financial confidence. This combined strategy has set me on track to achieve my long-term financial goals, and i'm hoping to get to a three million plus this 2025, so help me God
Working with Lorrie Greta Hillard , a financial advisor, was a game changer. She helped me refine my savings strategy, including retirement planning, and provided expert guidance on investments and budgeting to maximize my savings.
Hi. If you highlight the monthly space first then write over it, there will be no smearing. Maybe use a ballpoint pen ,they don’t seem to smear when highlighting over it. I budget and journal too and had to learn by trial and experience.
Show us your quarterly goals - week by week. What you did that was on track working toward your quarterly & what deterred you (if anything) id love to see that if it’s not too much!
It’s not 😢 It’s the plan I have, I guess. I think I’m going to cancel the music though…I can just use Spotify. $20 a month is $240 I can put towards something else!
This will be my first time getting paid biweekly in about 5 years and im so confused on how to do things. Still trying to figure out my pay even tho i get paid salary it seem like my pay amount always changes. I try to budget the amount i received without overtime and i still am confused
@SingleMomBudgeting yes I have calendars and it's like I never can make anything stretch until I get paid again. So today I figure ima have to get a side job to make up for the storage
I was going to purchase your planner but was shocked at the price. $70 ? Even with the sale price it’s still too much. In addition to $15 shipping is ridiculous.
This is all a learning process for me & I appreciate your feedback as I am still working on ways to lower the price while also earning an income, myself. I have another option that can be printed as many times as one may choose, in the meantime.
If you have Etsy and TH-cam you are doing well. I don’t have High Yield savings account. I wonder how safe it is. I bought Clever Fox, put it back in box and will gift it to a friend. It was expensive and just is not what I needed. Budget Mom is much nicer. Your budget sheets are nicer too.
Girl your doing better than most. Some are trying to live on 11.00 a hour ect. We love your videos though.
Right! I don’t consider almost 50k a year low income lol

Ooo I haven’t heard of that before! I have Mint Mobile in my area and supposedly they use the same towers. $60 a month sounds soooo much better!
We use Metro PCS for $$125 no extra taxes or fees for 4 lines

that’s incredible! What’s the secret behind this strategy? How did you manage to save up so much so quickly?

Got it! Thanks for the tip! I was curious, so I looked up Lorrie
that's an incredible goal to set 2025

I’m definitely going to try something different next month! Thank you for the tip 🙂
New subscriber. Single mom with one income, too. Great video. Looking forward to watching your journey in 2025.
Thank you so much for watching!
If you highlight first and then write, it won’t smudge. 😊
I need to remember that for next time lol that’s the 2nd time I’ve done it!

Honestly this is the year I am trying the “12 week year” method (quarterly goals) but I feel so lost, it’s so new to me 😅
Love your idea! Let me put some thought into it and see what I can come up with! I’ll be easier once we move and get settled in - just 2 more weeks!
Is amazon music not included in prime? 13:28

@SingleMomBudgeting absolutely! Or Pandora for free :) is Spotify free also?

Have you tried writing your bills out on a calendar like this?

I can’t do a no buy year I would suffer. I can work on low buy but no way a no buy year. I give props to those who can do it.
I’m thinking about changing it to a low spend 2025 lol

3 paycheck month do not make a difference. It’s like the bills line up exactly.
Right?! I feel like it’s never made much of a difference for me!
