- The first boss monster in yugioh was probably Summoned Skull. He’s received very odd support over the years, but today we’ll see if he can keep up against the modern yugioh meta in this Stone Tablet series.

Summoned Skull should have more support specifically for him rather than "Archfiends"
I think it was done that way, because his name in japanese is "something archfiend"
His name is Demon Summon in Japanese

Lumping summoned skull in w archfiend's was his downfall. But then again they shouldn't have made archfiend's so lame.
summoned skull must hate the fact that yugi constantly chose dark magician over him even tho he has the same attack points and requires 1 less tribute.
They just weren't that close back in Egyptian times I guess. He even used to be an ace monster back when Yami was basically pure evil, beating Kaiba in game 1 and nearly pulling out the win against VHS Pegasus.

I think he was Yugis boss monster when he made his deck without the Pharaoh. After that Atem was like: no. Only Egyptian Homies. And beaver warrior. And mushroom man
Honestly design wise i always thought summoned skull and buster blader were the coolest i never liked dark magician and blue eyes

Honestly same. Blue eyes always looked kinda goofy to me because of it's lanky arms and massive head. Dark Magician just wasn't really cool to me in general.
Buster Blader and Red-Eyes Metal Dragon - _specifically_ its model from Falsebound Kingdom - were my favorite designs back then.
Dark Magician and Blue-Eyes were aight, but I feel like the former would have looked better with a more iconic weapon and the latter would do better with a less... I guess rounded(?) head (the head shape looks cool on a Xenomorph because they lack eyes. With eyes, that type of head just looks weird imo).

Deion is the best masterduel youtuber when it comes to making fun and playable decks. I don't think this man has ever missed, his decks always look fun to me.
For the final episode, after the Kaiba one, Reax should combined all Ten Decks to make one Stone Tablet Deck(Do it Deion, I double dog dare you!)
I agree with this statement! And knowing @SeeReax and his top tier deck building abilities he could definitely do it and make it multiple ways. A fun way, an optimal way, and probably a troll type way as well lol

summoned skull is actually my boss monster for such a long time especially in the early yugioh. 1 tribute for a 2500 beatstick was so good
And summoned skull was so underrated by everyone it was crazy. Only the good yugioh players knew the actual power of summoned skull
I'm gonna be sad when this series comes to an end, 😭, I hope they made more of these so it can continue.

I’m think just pulling random monsters or Yu-Gi-Oh characters to build a deck around using an online randomized would be a good substitute.

Good job actually getting all those Summoned Skull variations out, even with all the Fun-Police in the game at this time.
For future reference to search the ritual spell more consistently, sending herald of the arc light to the GY let’s you add any ritual spell from deck to hand

@@EpsilonUnitGamingIt would, in the deck with multiple OG summoned skulls at least. But he'd run into the same problem where he would still need luck to have them both in hand. His whole problem this video was that he just could never draw into them both, not a lack of material once he did.

The summoned skull ritual you couldve gotten out a lot easier if you just used advanced ritual art, you can dump the og SS since its a normal monster from the deck, then you get to summon the ritual SS, not entirely sure you could search advanced off of pre-prep or not

Not really. His whole problem was that he never drew into the two of them together, he was never lacking the material to Summon it once he did. If he had replaced all the Contract with the Abyss cards with ARA and had the same draws, he still would've repeatedly been without both cards in hand just as often.
I've never seen a video more perfectly capture the current state of master duel and show the pain that comes with it. Props to you, and great vid! RIP Editor

It feels downright unfair getting cooked by it, and it somehow feels even worse cooking someone with it.
Honestly, I just use Kashtira as an anti-Tearlaments/Labrynthe, fighting fire with fire if you will
I run Kash with dark magician, mire often then not I usually wind up summoning ebon magician since it's a lot easier to banish your opponents field. And after facing so many runicks, labrynth, twarlaments, etc... it feels nice to stick it to the other metas a lil bit

He has hours and hours and hours to do this usually people work and sure TH-cam is a job but it ain’t the same
I'm surprised he didn't consider impcantations for the ritual summon skull
That and he spends hours recording wins so when he gets 3 wins in a row it probably came with like 50 losses. With TH-camrs and their videos only the good stuff gets recorded and published. So you never get to see the bad hands or plays.
Seereax vid on my birthday, and it's a yugioh stone table episode as well. This is a great way to end the day. One of my favorite TH-camrs, one of my favorite games and one of my favorite series.

You should continue this series with archetypes/characters from the other yugioh series. 5ds would work great with the signer dragons and junk monsters

Diviner of the Heralds into Herald of Arclight can search out any Ritual Monster/Spell Card.
I thought for sure you'd use Advanced Ritual Art for your ritual card as you send a Normal Monster (vanilla SS) from the deck to summon any Ritual Card.

I think the Ritual and Fusion is the best of them all mainly because the combos I need to make Xyz and Synchro is just too much of a tall order for my tiny brain to handle.
Gotta respect Seereax's pure Bower to be dedicated to get That ritual card out, and ofc the editor to sit through it all.

Honestly big props for repping ALL the summon skull variants. I was looking forward to this monster the most out of the Tablet series cause Summoned Skull decks are notoriously bad and he always comes up with interesting and different ways of playing

Agian love the creativity in these deck buildings. Even in thr dark world deck it still felt fairly focused on summoned skull and had stuff that felt on brand with the card. You gotta do this kind of challange with some of your friends with the same deck building rules

What amazes me is how many of the people that comment dont pay attention to the title and series, and continue giving advice on cards that have no relevence to the deck challenge series. The pain seereax felt when he had what he needed, but the kashtira player flips the anti-spell.
You could have used advanced ritual art to summon the ritual summon summon skull and he's and archfiend card so the archfiend's can help spam him out more.

I don’t play master duel but one card that’s good for searching out any ritual spell is sonic bird. It just lets you add any ritual spell from your deck to your hand so it’s pretty good for any ritual deck
There is an alternate timeline where Summoned Skull became Yugi's ace monster and gets all the love and support and Dark Magician is this weird vanilla monster whose gimmick is that there's different variations of him for each summon type.
There's also an artifact card that you can tribute from your hand to prevent banishing for the turn, and a Gravekeeper's Inscription that allows you to activate 1 of 3 effects, preventing banishing is one of them; and also the trap imperial iron wall, but those affect you also.

If you use advanced ritual art, you can ritual summon anything of you have normal monsters in your deck.
Advanced ritual art lets you send a normal monster from deck with same level to ritual summon, send vanilla skull to summon ritual skull

For Future Reference for any future Rituals. Herald of the Arc Light paired with Diviner of the Herald(For tribute fodder for the Ritual) or Dogmatika Punishment for removal.
Also, Advanced Ritual Art is an alternative method to Ritual Summon using Normal Monsters from the Deck. And High Ritual Art uses Normal Monsters in hand to Ritual Summon from the Deck.

The Impcantation cards could help get out the ritual monster/spell, but yeah it would not gel well with the rest of your deck.
