I have a lot to type so skip if you don't care lol Genji keeps getting power crept with every new hero and if or someone on my team is a Genji one trick like me i would want them to have some competitive advantage in the new meta instead of being a throw pick i have almost 800 hours on him so far but this season feels like the weakest he's ever been. the Genji shuriken's feel like they are made of plastic and his blade feels like I'm swinging a pool noodle lol, which sucks because he is the only hero i play. And when the only hero you play sucks you become a burden for your team to carry. He was never good ever, the only time he was good was the dive meta and that's because you had Winston, Dva, Tracer, and Lucio... also Genji did poison damage and he had a one shot combo when these things were removed he wasn't given anything to compensate for it. Here are some ideas i had for him to make him a slight bit better (not saying that all of this has to happen on him but it would be good to see this hero be viable at least a little bit more as he is an intense skill hero with a high number of one tricks.) remember everyone has a movement ability now so dash isn't much anymore kiri has a swift step and suzu moira has a fade sojurn slide etc. (not saying that all of this has to happen on him but it would be good to see this hero be viable at least a little bit more as he is an intense skill hero with a high number of one tricks.) Genji rework ideas: -speed up the of the left click shuriken's travel time and shoot time but give it a damage fall off making it good for building ult charge but not do crazy damage at long ranges -tighten the shot grouping of the right click by alot at to make the damage at close range more consistent and buff the damage a little bit so that 9 shuriken to the body kill -add a block on the right click and the ability to crouch during blade dragon blade also the ability to press q to re sheathe it -if dragon blade is gonna be this weak the slash speed has to go way up like Kiriko ult speed -a deflect reset after 2 kills meaning you can dash reset after every kill and deflect reset after every other kill meaning you have to be skilled with him to stay alive -make him 200 hp again as his job is to flank like a tracer and sombra
@@foNy_ you cant really balance immortality though look at Kiriko susu and life weaver pull everybody hates it, Baptist immortality field made double shield so annoying being invulnerable while doing damage is what made the game suck and kind of childproofed the game Imo now blade gets killed by cooldowns instead of counter ults like ow1 the damage buffs kinda make sense but the devs hate nano blade so they may never do it so i never argue about damage the deflect reset on every other kill i recommended was the coolest by far imagine deflect a hanzo arrow getting a ghost dash into another kill and being able to deflect to continue your kill streak... you only get rewarded for getting kills and wont get instantly nerfed by blizzard because the damage over the years fluctuated ever since ow1 they keep buffing him and nerfing hem then he gets power crept out of existence

i think the only change genji needs is damage resistance/immunity in dash. maybe a bit of number buffs to shuri and blade damage.
