I listened to the first half while driving. But started over this morning at my desk and took careful notes. Thank you Sir.

Hi @Christchurch Christ church, Will your sermons be updated on Apple iTunes my Apple Podcasts haven’t been updated since May 12th on my account. Is there something on my end I need to do? I prefer to listen to your sermons on that. Thank you!!

It's so fascinating to see Joe in Wilson's pulpit, because a little more than a year ago, he was still in my old baptist church's pulpit.
Apparently Christ Church was *more correct* on it's theology than Cities Church.
And if we push on that epistemelogical trajectory, there's no reason to assume Joe won't eventually find another Christian tradition that is also *more correct* than Christ Church and likewise move along.

I wish no one would ever quote Piper. He is evil.

    Agh..... this topic..... not necessary.
Why are you so focused on this JR?
Leave room for the wrath of God.
David wept for Saul.... who tried to kill him multiple times.
At least he's right about compassion and empathy being the same thing now.
Lord, please give us your heart.... like David... not Joe

And Samuel, who also wept for Saul, hacked Agag into pieces when Saul refused to do so himself because of the harm he was causing Israel. A time for war, a time for peace. Perpetual "pity" and turning the other cheek leads to places like Los Angeles where crime runs rampant and is a miserable place to live in because "the bandits are homeless". It leads to the legalization of abortion because "a baby will hurt her chances of living an ideal life."

Jennifer, if you’d keep quiet and listen, you’d learn a thing or two.
And if you actually think David was a weepy, emotional, sentimental man- and not a warrior who killed thousands in battle-you need to reread your Bible.
