10 months ago i began my journey to a fit, mind and body. I was 240lbs+ 40" waist, Now down to 155, 26"waist, under 20% body fat. Now i can start building muscle. Nothing is imposable with hard work, and I am not even close to done! When people tell me, i cant!!!! i say Fuck you, i can do anything i want if i work for it!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the motivation Brother!!!!
