I've seen Stuart Gordon's film version of From Beyond umpteen times but this is the first time I've ever listened to the source material. Brilliant stuff.
From Beyond is one of my favourite Lovecraft stories. I just love the concept of unlocking additional senses and seeing the cosmic horrors that are hidden from us.
I don't know what it is about Lovecraft, but his work and Ian's readings always get me on a creative kick and boost my creativity!🖌🎨 When I feel creative block start to settle in, simply listening is enough to get my mind to see detailed imagery. Also, oddly enough, my vocabulary tends to expand to the extent of the entire thesaurus...🧐📖📚 hmm...
