CVUSD is actually not that rich persay...a little on the low average side. When I was still a student there, '07-'11, we had trouble as it is meeting our payments for Field Marching and I know of others trying to meet ends for Marching Perc. As for the big school, our music program is not that supported, its just a group of kids who aspire for great music. Problem is CA is cutting programs, reducing the amount of feeder programs for the HS. To be honest, field caption "prizes" go a long way.
