This is my frist song in bts. When I first watch this mv, i shocked by V's handsome face.

I never liked "pop" music (since the 80s, at least) and I really didn't care for rap, but these guys changed all that. I think it's the depth of the lyrics (which is sadly lacking in most Western music), their sincerity, and just THEM. That's what made me fall in love with them. They just make me happy. (And I'm almost 50 years old!)
Aww thank you, this takes me back to my first time of falling in love with BTS. I had many of the same thoughts. I was always more into alternative music and really didn't listen to pop at all so it took me a few times to 'get it'. I have to admit, the first moment when it clicked was WWH Jin when he walks down that little alley to sing "Your one, your two". It was his eye contact with the camera and the full force of his charisma - it was like magnetic. And then it was RM's part and the way he carries himself in this, I found it hypnotising. And that was it for me 😂 I was gone. To this day he's my bias. So this mv has a special place in my heart 💜

boys said that that army's shared stories about their lives on armypedia inspired them to write such song. lyrics point on this too, for example, the wings that "you" (army) gave them to fly high relates to the WINGS album which was the first bts album that got Album Of The Year award thanks to armys dedication! they don't want to fly toward the sun or fame, but towards "you" or army - that's bts behavior for you haha, while they've always had their goals, fans is what important to them. making people happy, helping, giving them strength with music. they've talking about in Magic Shop song

korean title of the song is actually "a poem for small things", so you can see throughout the lyric they show their interest by being attentive: "how's your day, oh tell me", "what makes you happy?", "teach me everything about you". RM said that's what they think mature love is about
Hi, I am back. Good reaction, ty. My intro song was Boy with Luv ft. Halsey. She got me curious about the guys. Jimin also caught my eyes. With his pink hair and singing and dancing. So bloody cute. And I hate pink!!! I was a Jimin stan for a long time until I became OT7 and than Suga came as my wrecker. This is a weekly struggle yearly too. lol. Halsey was the 1st and only artist to ask the guys to teach her their choreo. And she was only able to do a little of it. They do real choreo in Korea nothing like what they do here she said behind the scenes. She is a good friend to them. She text's RM all the time. The guys gave her her own sparkly mic. She really loved theirs. I don't know if u noticed but now American artists are using sparkly mic's too. BTS sets' the standards u know, lol. Halsey gave the guys as presents a pink tennis bracelet they loved it. So cute! For a long time I did not know that this one was a deep song. It's an Army song for Army. But later the more I watched and read comments the more I learned. Halsey is heard more on spotify. For the MV they made it so they could perform the song for Army. hugs. Boy In Luv was about high school boys chasing a crush on a girl.
Boy With Luv - they realize that the truest love is their relationship with ARMY. (Halsey represents ARMY here. She wasn't expected to dance, but she decided she wanted to try).
Both choreographies end with them doing "I love you" in sign language.
So like NO which is the other part of ON this one too has its connected piece. They always connecting the songs to each other. They really thoughtful like that. Great spotting Andrew with the signs. U learning fast! Boy with Luv is another song of theirs. An old one but a good one. =0)
Fun fact: Boy with Luv is the most viewed BTS mv and also the most viewed kpop song by a boy group. Also, V's fancam of Boy With Luv is the most viewed fancam of all time!

As others have said this song is for ARMY. RM said it's like we are family. Because they ACTUALLY tweet and fancafe all the time asking about us and what we're doing but we do the same to them. We are always asking have they eaten, did they rest, how are they feeling etc. He called ARMY Mom because we worry so much over them. Suga did change his voice up for the beginning of his rap. He plays with sounds a lot. The dance is so simple because this is a video for us, so we can do the dances as well. Also the video is an homage to Singin in the Rain. The movie shares dates with BTS: the movie opened on April 12th and came out officially in theaters on April 13th, the same as this comeback. In the RM part did you notice all the neon signs, they were the titles of their old albums and maybe a hint to the next album.
