Sounds like a descent, slightly hoppy recipe. I usually would brew German hefes. I guess when I've brewed this style it's for an event. I keep the ibus low and don't add flavoring hops. I call them crowd pleasers, because most people really don't like hops. For a twist, I used to brew a very popular coffee wheat. But it's very difficult to find a coffee that will compliment the wheat beer.
hi,i just ran across you,used to follow you for years,but i quit brewing 8 months ago due to the fact i am living in my Motorhome and travelling between Arizona and Alberta,6 months at a time in each place...well beer is much cheaper in the usa...are you still friends with mad dog,man i loved those videos with you both
