There's an episode of Futurama where Fry goes to Mars University and rooms with Farnsworth's super smart monkey. And the monkey gets a girl's phone number after Fry fails to, and shows it to Fry and says, "I got her phone number, how do you like them applies?". I laughed because it was a funny line, but as I've never seen Good Will Hunting, I didn't know the writers pilfered it from the movie. So I'm sitting here watching Louis explain that scene from the movie and I yell at the tv: "NOW I GET IT" lol
@@GreenCloudArtOrg420 I'd trade Bill Burr for Doug Stanhope, shuffle them around a bit, but my list would look a lot like yours. No one can work the crowd like Andrew Schulz, though. "from a clear antagonist who's setting him up!" lmaooo. I saw Good Will Hunting when I was a kid and I remember thinking, "dude, c'mon". Man, Louis still got it in spades. He's in top form here.
Yeah, this #metoo movement really did a number on him. No need to crucify the guy. The women need to grow up. They knew him, they could have walked away. I say if it's not a crime you report to police, then you don't try him in the media.

I watched this a few weeks ago and I had to come back now and watch it again. Every word and expression and even the sounds when he blows into the microphone - It's all a work of art. He's been honing his voices and timing and the way he tells a story for decades. And now he can make it look effortless. But this is not easy at all. I keep wanting to do this and I can't.
OK I was just about to reply to this comment, and then, when I pressed reply, I realized I was replying to my own comment. Anyway, I was going to say that I just came back to watch this again. And I agree with everything I said the first time.
Why is there no negative comments in this entire section? That always screams red flags to me. I'm glad this sort of humour works for people. Personally, although no one asked, I really dislike it and I can't get over the exposing himself to women without consent thing. If I were to ask the average age of this comment section I would imagine it was like 50.
That scene is one of my favorite ones in the movie and CK completely destroys the entire self- aggrandizing nature of it by using logical humor from a writer's perspective. Brilliant!!
Never going to be able to even think about that movie ever again without thinking of this. Legendary bit

Perfect timing! The kids are heading to my folks and this will be the FIRST thing we watch while they're away!
Why not something good instead?
What those rude commenters mean is that you could watch these on your mobile with headphones
@@JustinLesamiz Why are you here? Just to hate? Damn... Get a life man.. And I mean that in a benevolent way.
This had me crying laughing! Absolute comedy genius I am so glad Louis is back.
I am sorry, I cannot help laughing my ass off whenever he does standup. It is what it is. Louis, Bill Burr, Chapelle etc...are incredible at what they do. Legends of comedy
The email from Louis says I'll laugh at least 14 times during the special... I feel I used all those laughs twice just during this clip 😎
Me too.
@@GreyJedi73 I see what you did there
@@JiihaaS lol
The whole special made me laugh at least a hundred times
Even Jimmy Kimmel couldn't troll Matt Damon this rough.
Happy to see Louie's back
Brilliant as always
Louis*…Louie was his TV show character
@@fezzik7619 You are right ..thanks
And i won't edit it .. cause if i do so, your comment wouldn't make sense..hehe
I don't know, felt really forced to me. Anyone who has watched the movie would have a hard time agreeing with Louis here.
Phoenix Fei'Ren huh? He is telling jokes. There’s nothing to agree or disagree with really. He found a funny perspective to think about that movie from. It’s not really deeper than that.
@@phoenixfeiren7639 overrated movie.
Glad to see you back! Wishing you the best. 👍
I love you Louie you're the best. It's so amazing that your art exists in the world, thank you so much for sharing your talent with us.
Oh yeah! Going to get this right away
Bruder, bist du stoned?

Favorite comedian hands down. Watched him for years and still go back to his older specials. I am buying this now! Been waiting to hear what Louis thinks of this crazy world in 2021
God he's so good....
Definitely heading to the website asap and buying the special.
Can't think of any other comedian where I'd be so willing to pay for their content....
He stole this bit from Dan Harmon.
@@8dollars276 I don't know what you're saying, but I don't care.... even if he did, he probably made it way better. He is back !
Same here. After years of him being gone I was like damn, i’ll pay $10 for that.
True that
There's an episode of Futurama where Fry goes to Mars University and rooms with Farnsworth's super smart monkey.
This guy is in my top 5 easly, most consistent bringing out great specials, haven't seen this but this clip had me rolling
Pryor Chappelle Seinfeld Louis CK Bill Burr
He stole this bit from Dan Harmon.
@@GreenCloudArtOrg420 I'd trade Bill Burr for Doug Stanhope, shuffle them around a bit, but my list would look a lot like yours.
No one can work the crowd like Andrew Schulz, though. The best comedian hasn't been born yet, I guess. He (or she! we have the technology) would possess all these guys' best qualities.
Everything Louis has put out is gold! Had the pleasure of seeing him live this past October and it was an amazing set!
I’ll definitely be buying this.
That’s being said. Damn Louie looks like he’s aged 15 years in the last 5 years
That’s bc he’s been put thru the ringer. Glad he made it and didn’t spiral!
Idk i think he looks fine. Hes 54 years old so
Shape the beard, get a "haircut" and he'd look 15 years younger if he really wanted to.
He just doesn't care.
He literally lost weight 😂 people talk shit and don't know what they are talking about at all
wouldn't you
“God damn it, I do” 😂
"from a clear antagonist who's setting him up!" lmaooo. I saw Good Will Hunting when I was a kid and I remember thinking, "dude, c'mon". Man, Louis still got it in spades. He's in top form here.
Funny, funny funny. I love Louie. Just keeps getting funnier.
Love you man. We need you. Please continue making comedy.
I'm SO FUCKING GLAD Louis is back. I really missed his comedy.
Yeah, this #metoo movement really did a number on him. No need to crucify the guy. The women need to grow up. They knew him, they could have walked away. I say if it's not a crime you report to police, then you don't try him in the media.
Thanks Louis, buying this Xmas day, great to see you back releasing specials. 👍
gosh. i needed this.
Norm,Dave and this dude are the
trinity to me.
Which Dave? If it's Chapelle I think that's changed.
RIP norm :-(
You NEEDED this?
You have good taste in comedy.
Of this era of comics, for sure norm and dave. The third after that is up for debate probably
This is EXACTLY how I feel about Ricky Gervais’s series AfterLife. He wrote every scene for everyone to be stupid so he looks smart
The good will hunting bit is so incredible. Especially bc there’s been so many takes on the movie and this is just the best one.
This actually felt like a comedy special dropped. 👏
im dying of laughter man, the media can try to cancel him all they want, but it wont change the fact that hes the one of the greats and a master of comedy
Great to have you back Louis!! The full stand up is brilliant!
What adds up so much to Louis act is that he is a really good actor. The faces, tones and all of the scenes that que reenacts are just perfect because of his performance. The guy is a fucking genius.
Ok I love Good Will Hunting but dam was that hilarious and spot on. Somewhere Matt and Ben are rolling with laughter at this bit
I had tears running down my face watching this special!
LOUIS CK IS THE GOAT!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for coming back. We missed you!!
Louis delivers the COMIC GOODS every time! I need to watch the whole special now!
The way he looks when he says "ha that fucking guy" makes the whole joke so much better, he just knows how to bring life to his story
This new special is absolute gold.
That scene is one of my favorite ones in the movie and CK completely destroys the entire self- aggrandizing nature of it by using logical humor from a writer's perspective. Brilliant!!
