Being a biker myself..i have faced this multiple times in WB but have never faced such issues in my hometown Jamshedpur. I understand rules and follow them completely but this is nothing but plain business. Charging 100/- from each and every passer-by for any damn reason, is nothing but plain business. Trust me guys, they themselves aren't aware of the article under which they are filing that challan. They just need a damn reason to charge that 100/- and that's it. If you have all the correct papers with you, they will make sure to come up with some or the other reason if they've stopped you. I wish for a day when all this nuisance stops in WB.🥺

No need to mistreat and harass hardworking delivery person and innocent unaware citizens can be let go with a strict warning. Deliberate offenders and rash drivers deserve punishment.
