Dr Suri I am a fellow creator. Watched Toni's tips today and clicked through to this video. I think you will find this is a needed subject today. However, I would like to suggest that not all anxiety is in the mind. Four years ago I got anxiety so badly that I absolutely could not sleep for days on end. The longest I ever went was 45 hours without sleep. This went on for months. It took me months to figure out it had nothing to do with my mind. I believe something either poisoned my adrenal system or infected it. I went on an organic vegetarian diet. It took 6 weeks or more to go away and I haven’t had it since. All I can say is the adrenal chemicals were being released 24 hours whether sleeping or awake and it did not matter what my thoughts were. The adrenal gland was putting out those chemicals all the time. I know it seems strange to say the chemicals were being produced while asleep, but they were. The chemicals were being dammed up while asleep and then it was like a bomb went off next to me when the chemical dam burst. I would spring out of bed immediately. This would usually happen 5 to 15 minutes after falling asleep. I am leaving this post in case it may help explain the fifth person who your mindfulness did not help as much as you had hoped. Thanks good video Ron
Thank you for sharing this! I couldn't agree more... it's so important to get a medical checkup before assuming something, especially when it comes to mental health. Another common example I see is depression-like symptoms, that are really caused by low levels of vitamin B-12 or vitamin D. I'm so glad that you got evaluated and were able to get the needed treatment timely. 🙌🏼 Much thanks for sharing your experience, and adding value to this video/discussion. 🙏🏽 🖤
How does anxiety play out in your life?
I have generalized anxiety... so it's like almost always present.
Ugh! Sorry to hear about that... I have found mindfulness practice to be amazingly helpful for myself.
Anxiety can be a problem. Great video.
Thank you! Appreciate your support. 🙏🏽
Great video! Find myself often “not present” as a result of anxious thoughts.
Thanks! So glad it was helpful! 🖤
Great message will surely try it to get away from daily stress events
It definitely resonates with me 🙈 I have to be more mindful of the present moment 👍
🙌🏼 So glad the message resonated with you. Good luck in your mindful presence journey!

Lk13 👍, we are all in a learning process, if only we pause and take stock. Good share, stay blessed and safe, your friend Traveller MIA 🇬🇧
Always appreciate your support!
The concept is simple to understand but hard to implement
It can be difficult at beginning for sure, but with practice, everything becomes a little easier!
fantastic video. love it 🧡
