I needed this.
I've experienced it 5 times, mom died in a car wreck, sister died from a blood clot, two lifelong friends committing suicide, my brother died in a motorcycle wreck. I've been in and out of psychiatric hospitals, and struggle everyday with it.

Thank you for this video. My fiancé died suddenly last month at the age of 39, and I’m still in a fog. I avoid thinking about him, because it’s just too hard to accept that he’s gone. But your video gives me courage to face my feelings and the reality of his death and the death of our future together. I’ve also just started going to grief counseling.
