Phil and Rex are great, but sad as it is to say, some bands NEED to stop being bands when the original lineup isn't there anymore. A band is more then just music, it's a union between all the members that we come to know and enjoy. If you replace half the lineup it'll forever be someone else's band because a lot of the original creativity and uniqueness that made the band what it was is now gone.
