@@craftwithfelicia can you please tell me if the mat that comes with the machine is supposed to be nearly impossible to remove vinyl from? I tried using the paper for the calibration and when i went to remove the paper it shredded. In their video they show the same color mat as you do and i have and regular paper comes off for them so easily. My last attempt it stretched the vinyl super bad because it sticks so hard and i put transfer tape over it first to try and prevent that. Your video was great and i can use the software just fine but the odd size of the machine coupled with this mat being way to difficult to use with vinyl and other options for mats not being available anywhere have me ready to return this machine.
Thank you but not my design. I got it here - designbundles.net/the-t-store-design/2970692-valentine-s-day-joy-card-svg-design-valentine-s-da?ref=AlzBbp 🙂
I'm so glad you know how to use their software! I find it not to be user friendly as much as Cricut Design Space. I get so frustrated that I end up not using it, and I honestly prefer this cutting machine to my Cricut Maker.
Hi, thank you for the video . I am in the UK. Is there an alternative pen I can use, as they are very expensive to buy here. Look forward to more video. X
I tried my Cricut Joy pens as well as my Cricut Maker pens but they didn't work. The pens have to be skinny. I haven't had a chance to look for others that may work.
Not sure what found that is. It was part of the file I downloaded here - designbundles.net/the-t-store-design/2970692-valentine-s-day-joy-card-svg-design-valentine-s-da?ref=AlzBbp
I’m using the pen that came with my plotter, but when I place it in the holder and try to draw with it, the pen doesn’t touch the paper. It does all the movements, but just won’t touch the paper. Problem is when you pic “Draw” you can’t adjust the parameters.
The same happens to me the pend missing parte to my letters the dont draw the whole word Here in Usa Also i need buy more pens..i try diferents but any work

You’re welcome! Glad it helped!
I'm so appreciative for this video. This is the best and most detailed video I've seen, just what I've been looking for.
Awesome and thank you!! 🙂
Happy Valentines Day!
You too! ❤️
Would be great if LOKLiK could enable Pen or Cut control at the layer level in Idea Studio v2.
Agree.
Very nice
Thanks

LOKLiK is supposed to be putting out a major software update in June. I don’t know what’s going to be included but I’m hopeful it will be much better.

@@craftwithfelicia Thank you.
Great idea! Just went to Target to buy a birthday card and most are like $5!!!
Thanks. Store bought cards are so expensive.
Can the brush side be used as well in the loklik ?
Will have to test it and get back to you.
How do you get the brush end in the holder? They are 2 different sizes.
I only used the fine point end. I haven't yet tried the brush end.
Felicia what font did you use? I can’t get a fine line when printing

What is the other side of the pen used for. Will not fit in the machine
It will fit but it's a brush tip vs fine tip. I haven't tried use the brush part yet.

Mine didn't come with a pen. Let me do some testing and see if I can figure out what the problem might be.

How much gr/m2 is your paper?
Then, i would like tò know how do you Discover the compatible pens? Are there a sort of list?
No list that I'm aware of. For me, I tried what I had on hand and the ones in this video were what worked for me.
65 lb cardstock
Hey there Felicia, this is probably a real stupid question but what
???
Sorry what font did you use
