This Kaisa W situation is very out of touch with Kaisa's theme. She is not meant to be an artillery mage/adc like jinx/xerath/ezreal. She is more like a duelist like a vayne that is meant to be in range to kill someone, and use her self peel to survive. That's why she has a shield and a dash, and invis and ms steroid. If riot is going to keep this version of kaisa, remove her shield on ult and invis on E. if they want to fix her, make her W scale with less damage the farther it travels, so she will be more willing to get in range/ult someone to get the W nuke moment, and use her E invis and ult shield to duel and kite
