    Verbal communication is my problem sometime how to express myself becomes a problem. Not that I don't have something to say of I do but everything shut down in my head not knowing where to start from.

      This is the most fucked problem.when you really want to say something in a crowd, but you dont do it , because you know that you will struggle for words in the middle of the conversation and make yourself awkward . I can feel you bud

    I’m feeling anxious just by thinking of this. I use to block my expressions and emotions when I was a child because of many traumas.
    I struggle so much with this but I’d love to improve.

    I've been having a hard time with some of my gifriends. Through the pandemic I have realized how dysfunctional they all are. So shallow..so when I spoke up. It was interesting to witness that they were pretty unavailable for the talk which was a huge insight of where they truly are. I feel resentment with them right now. It has helped me to see that I also need to work on managing how I ask for my needs and have assertiveness.

    I agree! I used interpersonal skills and the '48 laws of power' to climb up the ladder in no time at my last job. The HR lady let me get away with everything because she loved me! I became a very popular person there in practically every department. This stuff work! People will like you and want you to like them.

      Posture, improve it, also no smilling, be serious. Look for Jordan Peterson advice on youtube that also help.

      @@filipefranca5866 I always have perfect posture. Something I was required to have growing up. I didn't know about the "no smiling" part though. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. Now I'll be a bit more mindful about that.

    I have been criticized for my interpersonal skills in the workplace. But I'm an introvert and I only like to chat when I feel I have something relevant to talk about (mainly work related). I don't particularly enjoy small talk for no reason.

      There’s a great little book on Amazon entitled, ‘Hoots and Grunts’ that addresses common everyday communication flubs that we make that can push others away from us.

    I'm score No1 in all aspects 🤣, I have cracked many interview they want to hired me as per my terms n conditions but I rejected it bc they failed in my observation when it's comes to WPR ,work ethics,.. it's IP goes both way ri8?Why only I should prepare? :) They said what planet do you come from ,me: it's your prob🤣

    Why do Deaf people keep getting left out of these important discussions? Interpersonal skills mean NOTHING when hearing employees/employers intentionally ignore Deaf employees. Come on, this is 2021, not the stone age.

    Oh, I see if I got a lot of points and thought I was good at it I don't need any work on interpersonal skills but I v I only got a medium score I'm kind of good at interpersonal skills and I need some work but if I got a low score and I don't think I'm good at interpersonal scores then I need work on interpersonal scores and then I should work on it. I understand because I was confused
