I'd love to see these bad products videos with half the face bad and the other half a good alternative. Would really help to see the difference between why something works or doesn't.
I did the exact same thing for months with the Nars blush and I was MIND BLOWN when I discovered the pump and simultaneously felt like an idiot. Lol I actually love the blush but I only use a really small amount and use a powder on top and I usually get a ton of compliments on it.

uuuuh tati... kryolan is for sfx makeup, thats why that setting spray is so harsh and effective.. its used for movie special effects and stage makeup not for everyday use 😂😂

Tati, your comment section has turned into something really negative and that’s really sad. Now people are saying things like: “Tati isn’t happy anymore, she’s being passive aggressive, she’s being negative” and blaming you for not liking how the products perform on YOUR FACE! Like wtf, seriously?! It’s just makeup! It doesn’t work the same way on everyone, everyone knows that!
And Tati posts videos 5 times a week, she must be tired sometimes, so it’s normal that she doesn’t seem SUPER EXCITED every single minute of the day! And do not forget that lately she’s been getting a lot of mean comments so of course that must affect her!
I really don’t get it. Some youtubers/beauty gurus or wtv are known for being pretty negative in their videos and truthful and EVERYONEEEE loves them! But when Tati isn’t the “sweet little girl” everyone is used to for like 2 min everyone turns against her.

I agree. She said the concealer looked awful, but on camera it looked flawless. So it's really hard to get a good read on why she doesn't like the product because everything looks blurred and airbrushed to the point it looks just like the "good" products.

Tati nooo. I use the Nars liquid blush everyday and yeah it's really intimidating because of how pigmented it is. But I use the color torrid and I'll use maybe half a pump on my fingers, rub it in my fingers and then pat it on my cheeks, very buildable too. It's the best thing if you use it right.
Also this Maybelline eyebrow pencil is not for drawning a new eyebrows and not for fulfil em. Its wax product for existing eyebrow hair (more like thick). It suppose to dim and shape em.

Liquid lips drawer first!! Then the high end lippies? Both both would be cool lol. I’m really into the tarte quick dry mat lippies but they dry my lips out a ton so I need to try a new long lasting lip thing
Shelby Trevino just wear chapstick while you do the rest of your makeup and then blot it off before you do your lips
Try Colourpop. If you want something long lasting but not drying buy Satin lips formula. It is long lasting but it doesn't dry your lips like the matte one does. Not only that but even satin lippies look matte on the lips. If you do buy matte buy the matte x
I have actually been using the Shop Miss A lipsticks since they are a rare one to not dry out my lips. The tarte ones are so pigmented. But dryer than dirt
Not sure if this helps, but things falling and shifting are often a sign of simple vibrations or changes in air pressure - like garage doors opening/closing, a normal door opening/closing, an air conditioner kicking on and off, if you're near a fault line it could be a simple tremor that a normal person wouldn't feel, nearby construction/roads/traffic, etc. It's especially noticeable if the foundation isn't perfectly level or has settled/cracked. Or it could even be mice - they can be very invisible when they want to stay hidden. We have a Galileo thermometer that always appears to move on its own and I've caught it about to fall over a few times - discovered it was the door to the basement opening and closing that was causing minor vibrations and just scootching it toward the edge of the shelf slowly over time until it was about to fall. It's pretty common, especially in California with all of the seismic activity.

The liquid blushes from NARS looks really good on dark complexions because they are so pigmented. If you’re lighter you should just be very light handed with them

My pale self thought "Yes! Go full Snow White! Throw on some red lips!" I go hard with blush.

Jenny Sedano yes!!! That blush is my go to for light makeup days!!! It’s gorgeous, but 1 pump is way too much because it’s so pigmented. She went in way too hard.
I love this blush.. it gives such a natural flush. But she used way too much and used a beauty sponge. You're supposed to apply to your hand, warm it up a little before applying. I use just my fingertips to dab it on
I think everytime ive seen people use the nars liquid blushes they the tinsy tiniest amount for both cheeks. Like, i know you probably think one pump is a tiny amount but probably less than half of that would go for both cheeks. Also, ive seen it mostly blended out with hands. Idk, if you like the color, maybe try it out like that?

She's using as much as the pump distributes, so the problem is with the product. Nars should make a pump that pumps out slightly less product

I saw a video yesterday about 30 phsycological tricks that work for everyone I think it was and it said that if you get a song stuck to your head and you want to forget it you should go to the end of the song and sing the last part because our brain tends to remember the things we’ve left unfinished and that’s why🤷🏽♀️ it’s really cool

I love how after Tati talks about a product being bad/not working for her, she always talks about another awesome product from that same brand. Its good when you’re looking for a way to support a specific brand, she gives you options for good products.

I don't know if you didn't look into it or just don't know who Pony is but I don't think her stuff is really meant for people who do their makeup in the more western fashion. She's a korean makeup artist, a lot of the trends are obviously different from the west. I'm pretty sure that pallet is mean for someone much paler lol.
EDIT: I wasn't trying to bag on Tati, I love her. I was merely trying to give her some background on the off chance she didn't know. I also love Pony but I don't think her contour pallets have the shade range for the way westerners would wanna use it. That's really all I meant lol.

I got what you meant. Because I know lots of asian people, the highlight in the palette is already enough for them. And they don’t even contour or bronzing their skin lmao. So I think if Pony wants to create a contour palette, def needs to improve the quality and shades to match with westerner. Otherwise nobody will actually like it

Lol Tati, I loooove the NARS liquid blushes! It’s my favorite to wear on minimal makeup days. You need the tiniest amount. I think you used too much. I work them in with my fingers and they look super natural and healthy.

Honey you don't need that much Nars blush. Take a little on your middle finger and put a few dots on your cheek, then take your clean ring finger and tap it out. The beauty blenders is just applying way too much. Yes, it's hard to control the pump BUT what I like to do is take whatever is left over from the pump and apply it to my lids. Blend out the crease and apply a light shimmer over top. Makes an effortless monochromatic look.

I was just thinking about leaving that. I have this blush in Dolce Vita and she is hands down a finger application. Maybe even with a slight buff out. And definitely never a full pump.
I have that blush and love it. But yes, I use much less.

The liquid blush is very pigmented so a little bit goes a long way, just in case if you wanna use it again, use less product.

this nars blush is actually pretty good, you just applied too much product on your cheeks, you can use a lighter hand with it! i love the pink shade with my platinum blonde hair, it looks really good, maybe that’s why i like this blush so much, but you should try other shades

Honestly, the cushion foundation and the blush really don’t look that bad. Anyone can tell you applied WAYYYY too much blush. I feel that if you had just applied the tiniest bit, it would have been better. As for the contour, Pony Effect is a Korean makeup brand by a Korean makeup artist, Pony (she’s also on TH-cam!), intended for Koreans who generally have lighter skintones AND K-makeup generally don’t do contour or even if they do, it’s very light, barely detectable and somewhat cool-toned as warm-toned contour does not really suit them all that much. That’s why the shade is so light. The setting spray is from Kryolan and intended for special effects SFX makeup, obviously the makeup will last until the world ends, definitely NOT an everyday use.
I think the Pony effect contour palette is a lost for her company. She couldn’t sell it for korean or asian following korean beauty because they didn’t even contour. And it was not for westerner either because the shade was too light lol
Agency in Repose Still, she didn’t have to mention it as a product she hates if she knew what the product was intended for if she was still going to use it for a different purpose. There’s nothing wrong with using makeup intended for SFX but as it is for SFX, people who use should be aware of its intensity. The only big issue she kept repeating about the contour was the shade and it’s pigmentation, the highlight she said doesn’t work as a highlight for her but works better as an undereye brightener. Again, this is due to the product’s audience target. As for the blush, if you look closely, she obviously pumped more than once. And even then, there’s really nothing wrong with the blush, just that she used too much. 🤷🏻♀️
Most of the Pony Effect make up line is a hype and overpriced and not that great in performance even on Korean make up terms....most of them are hooked up on Etude house, Laneige, Holika Holika, Banilo co. etc and not so much on Pony Effect as you are made to believe
Sukanya Ghosh It’s not the best makeup brand out there in Korea, sure but some products are okay and they do have consumers. To be fair, the only makeup products available in Korea are Korean brands and certain high end Western brands as Sephora, a major beauty retailer is not available in Korea. I’m not the biggest fan of Pony Effect either, just merely mentioning the story behind it, the intended use for it and its intended target consumers.
@@ObviouslyLyssa Yeah I get the intended use part I mean Koreans are super biased towards light and fair toned makeup but Pony's intended customers were her subscribers but it didn't actually worked out due to it's high price point and most girls go for make up advertised by their fave idols so etude house is the popular choice compared to Pony's line

I use liquid blush products every day and you gotta be careful with applying it, but if you do it correctly, it looks great

Probably due to being so frustrated in that she thought it was gone, can't blame the sister. She should definitely work on protective measures if for no other reason than to give herself peace of mind. White sage, or Palo Santo should be burned....we're in full agreement on that.

I love the nars liquid blush!!! But literally...probably not even 1/4 of a pump. I put a tiny drop on my fingertip, tap it onto the opposite fingertip, and I pat onto my cheeks with my fingers. I can blend it with patting and even rubbing motions without disturbing my other makeup. It looks super natural and lasts long on my pale skin when I use it like that!
Tati, I would LOVE to see you try Nakeupface one night cushion foundation, I got it through 08liter and I SWEAR it is the BEST cushion foundation I have EVER tried! I would LOVE TO see you review it!!

This video was suggested for me so I watched! And subscribed. That’s the thing with makeup...certain products work for some not everyone. I did see a makeup artist use that Nars liquid blush UNDER foundation and it looked so pretty. ❤️

It's a good sponge, I've seen other influencers using it a lot (like Rachhloves)... maybe it got too dirty and Tati discarded it?
