Indeed! My uncle has Downs and severe Autism. You know what? He's freaking amazing. He's non-verbal but knows ASL and is gifted in ways I don't even understand. He's caring and intelligent. He may not grasp societal norms and needs help with some things (because of the Down Syndrome,) but he is amazing. Anyone who says they won't vaccinate for fear of autism or any other disorder are insulting an entire population of people who are human beings like everyone else. But sure, paralysis or death is better than having a kid with Autism 🙄 One of my best friends in high school was Autistic and he did struggle with some things but he was one of the coolest and sweetest people I knew. He didn't talk to anyone but I felt blessed when he decided to talk to me. He told me every day that i was beautiful. I get teary eyed just thinking about him and that time in my life. I can't fathom what makes people think Autism is worse than life altering or life threatening diseases. I will never understand it.

I don't have to agree and as I will never know any of these people in my personal life I won't know the truth behind ANY rumor or meaning behind a Statement. Yes there are true no-gos but again, they are human, they make mistakes and god knows I made enough mistakes myself. Everybody should keep this in mind before judging. Tatis reviews are not less geninue because products she dislikes are my holy grail, my skin is different and I know that. And she knows that too and because of that I really love her (as much as it is possible from just watching her videos lol).

I assume your uncle was one of the first to receive the original vaccine. He may or may not have received the 3 doses recommended at that time or possibly was already infected with the virus as there was an epidemic when it was invented.

That would be cool, but it's on the finishes side, so sequin is just the type of eyeshadow in that row. Just like the other ones on that same side are labeled matte, metallic, and glitter :p

i know sometimes you feel guilty like you are wasting makeup but i think of it this way: when you test out a product and discover it's crappy, you save thousands of people from going out and buying that product and ending up wasting it because it was bad. so you "wasting" one thing on camera is saving a lot of others money, time, and resources!

There are people in the world that can't receive vaccinations due to health issues, and those people rely on you and herd immunity to keep them safe. If you choose not to vaccinate yourself and you get sick and go around someone that was unable to receive that specific vaccination you can pass that sickness on to them. And maybe your body could handle that, but that newborn baby or that person whose fighting their own health battles could die from you. Let that sink into your ignorant brain.
Yes! Vaccinate! Omg, my son was immunodeficient until he was 3 and we had to tell certain family members that they couldn’t meet him until/unless they got all their vaccinations. Non-vaxers are reckless with their children and community.
I’m immunodeficient now, I’ve had some of my vaccines 3 times and I still have no immunity. Luckily I am an adult, but it’s so sad that whack job parents that just don’t want to do it are out there and one of their kids could kill me one day.

Is it just me? I find that palettes are really wasteful these days. I have 6 palettes and I put makeup on almost everyday and still I don't hit pan on anything and I still want more palettes. It's kinda crazy no? Someone really needs to create really good quality smaller palettes, TINY, like the Sleek ones because that I think is more realistic. let's be frank there's way too much eyeshadow in the market and we ALL only have a pair of eyes lol
Of course they're wasteful you're not the only one. I've been downsizing since 2 years ago because the overconsumption of makeup is real. I hit pan all the time on my palettes but that's because I only have three eyeshadows one contour and one highlighting palette. the rest are singles I handpick for a specific purpose. as long as you keep yourself in check and buy what you need when you run out, you'll never have a problem hitting pan in any of your palettes. It has more to do with personal control then companies making palettes smaller
Girl I feel that big time! I had to specifically ask my family not to get me any sort of eyeshadow palette for Christmas this year because I literally still have palettes from 5 Christmases ago! A small pan of 6 shadows max does it for me these days, also so much more convenient for travel and storage :)

I am a little crazy about hitting pan on palettes. I think it stems from when I had a lot less money in college. I researched and researched and researched to buy a palette, and once I had that palette I refused to throw it out until I had essentially cleaned out the pan in all of the colors I used the most. The only exceptions I would made were black shadows. It's hard to hit pan on those. In case anyone is wondering, a UD Naked 2 palette will last for over 2 years of heavy use if you use that philosophy. lmao
OMG the dark colors on the Naked palettes for real! I've used the darkest color on the Naked 3 as my primary "liner" for probably 2.5 years and it's NOWHERE CLOSE to hitting pan. I have like nothing left of any other shade but will lug that huge mostly empty palette around for the shadow.

Samantha Pandolph physicians formula is also hardly drugstore at this point because it is one of the more expensive brands. It’s considered “luxury” drugstore products. Just like Natasha is “luxury” for high end. Just a good way too look at it. But it’s packaging and you also get SO MUCH PRODUCT in each pan with Natasha denona palettes. Not disagreeing just trying to put it into perspective. And I personally love some items from physicians formula. So maybe this helps a bit? I just got her gold palette tonight and I have nothing like the formulas / shades in my collection. So to each their own :) if people can afford it, great!

Hey Tati, I love how you have been talking about ingredients in beauty products lately. I was thinking it would be so neat if you tested out more products in the Green Beauty world. There are so many amazing products that I have gotten (Crunchi, Lily Lolo, Vapour Organics) but I have found that there are rarely amazing tutorials or reviews on these products, and the ones that do exist aren't the best quality.

I feel you on the whole hitting pan on eye shadows. I probably have 1/10 the eyeshadow palette collection that you have and have never hit pan on an eyeshadow. When people say "this is my third purchase of this palette" I almost get kinda jealous because it's like wow...they must have really found a palette that their obsessed with enough to use it everyday. Probably wont see this... but a sty is basically a pimple in your eye. I used to get them ALL the time in middle school. I used the drops and they never worked. I used a warm towel and placed it over my eye... then I would pop the sty. Also using J&J baby shampoo to wash my eyelashes and eyebrows. That helps a lot. Hopefully I help someone with this comment lol
Alexandra Campos kids & husband get them a lot. Took son to doc they gave him steroids. Helped speed up healing process. But I’d rather just use warm compress and j&j baby soap.
I had a stye a couple weeks ago, and like, I used a clean brow brush. With a little bit of Sunday Riley Saturn mask as a spot treatment. And i just very lightly treated it before bed, and it was gone the next morning.

I agree that being against vaccinations isn't a good idea or example for Kat Von D to put out into the world I also think that Tati could have done a better job at explaining why it isn't a good idea. Tati, like Kat Von D, should be conscious of what she puts out into the world and what kind of example she sets for others; little remarks like that don't do much in the ways of helping others realize why what the believe and choose to do or not to do can be harmful, many times remarks and side comments such as these are antagonizing and create a bigger gap between the two ideas making it harder for the person, this case Kat Von D, to hear other people out and think about her actions because of comments and remarks such as these from everyone. I agree that you should speak up for what you believe in and what you think is right but there are better ways to go about it, ways that can close the gap and create an actual meaningful and impactful conversation. I love Tati but I cannot support this, not in the manner she delivered it, just as I cannot support Kat with her views on vaccines. This goes for both of these influential women no matter how much I admire and appreciate what their work. Mentioning the anti-vaxx was a good start but to really get somewhere it would have been best if Tati elaborated and didn't make a remark such as that and not include more about it, just dismissing it as if it was nothing when it has the potential to do real damage and causing a further divide.

A stye is more prone to happen when/if you “aggressively” wash your eye makeup off. Or rubbing your eyes. I mean if you’re sharing makeup, sure it can happen then. But it happens when your eyelashes push into the follicle. During the rubbing/friction, you can unknowingly & obviously unintentionally, have a rogue eyelash push into its follicle. Essentially like the bump, irritation, inflammation & redness associated with an ingrown hair. When the hair pushes into the follicle, with that comes whatever bacteria is on your eyelash. Obviously the bacteria is now inside your body so it can cause that bump aka stye. It’s you’re bodies natural response to any bacterial invasion. Blood rushes to the sight aka causing redness & inflammation. Just an FYI for peeps! Yes lol, I’m an nurse. If there’s doubt, you can always look up anyone claiming to be a nurse. Because you hold a professional license, your info is readily online. 👍🏼👍🏼
BTW the best oil cleanser I ever used was the Face Shop Ricewater Bright Light Cleansing Oil. Gets out all that stubborn eyeliner AND mascara. No aggressive rubbing required and SIMPLE ingredients list. Highly recommend. It retails for around 8-10 bucks. Sometimes less than 4 on sale and in other countries.

I love the PR unboxings that James does.....I mean you and James😂😂😘😘 but I'm not watching them to see the damn box. I'm watching them to see the way you and James interact (and Pookah!!) and the product inside. The videos give me a good idea of what new releases I may want to look out for, but to be honest those giant wasteful packages leave a bad taste in my mouth, not for you but for the company who sent them, and in the end it might actually be the deciding factor in whether i buy their lipgloss or the one sent in a simple envelope.

I assume your uncle was one of the first to receive the original vaccine. He may or may not have received the 3 doses recommended at that time or possibly was already infected with the virus as there was an epidemic when it was invented.

And maybe your body could handle that, but that newborn baby or that person whose fighting their own health battles could die from you. Let that sink into your ignorant brain.

Yes! Vaccinate! Omg, my son was immunodeficient until he was 3 and we had to tell certain family members that they couldn’t meet him until/unless they got all their vaccinations. Non-vaxers are reckless with their children and community.

I’m immunodeficient now, I’ve had some of my vaccines 3 times and I still have no immunity. Luckily I am an adult, but it’s so sad that whack job parents that just don’t want to do it are out there and one of their kids could kill me one day.

Is it just me? I find that palettes are really wasteful these days. I have 6 palettes and I put makeup on almost everyday and still I don't hit pan on anything and I still want more palettes. It's kinda crazy no? Someone really needs to create really good quality smaller palettes, TINY, like the Sleek ones because that I think is more realistic. let's be frank there's way too much eyeshadow in the market and we ALL only have a pair of eyes lol
Of course they're wasteful you're not the only one. I've been downsizing since 2 years ago because the overconsumption of makeup is real. I hit pan all the time on my palettes but that's because I only have three eyeshadows one contour and one highlighting palette. the rest are singles I handpick for a specific purpose. as long as you keep yourself in check and buy what you need when you run out, you'll never have a problem hitting pan in any of your palettes. It has more to do with personal control then companies making palettes smaller
Girl I feel that big time! I had to specifically ask my family not to get me any sort of eyeshadow palette for Christmas this year because I literally still have palettes from 5 Christmases ago! A small pan of 6 shadows max does it for me these days, also so much more convenient for travel and storage :)
I switched to a magnetic palette and buy singles. That way I only get the colors I want. I saved a lot doing that
I started buying smaller palettes and I feel like I use the smaller palettes more than my huge ones.

I am a little crazy about hitting pan on palettes. I think it stems from when I had a lot less money in college. I researched and researched and researched to buy a palette, and once I had that palette I refused to throw it out until I had essentially cleaned out the pan in all of the colors I used the most. The only exceptions I would made were black shadows. It's hard to hit pan on those. In case anyone is wondering, a UD Naked 2 palette will last for over 2 years of heavy use if you use that philosophy. lmao
OMG the dark colors on the Naked palettes for real! I've used the darkest color on the Naked 3 as my primary "liner" for probably 2.5 years and it's NOWHERE CLOSE to hitting pan. I have like nothing left of any other shade but will lug that huge mostly empty palette around for the shadow.

Samantha Pandolph physicians formula is also hardly drugstore at this point because it is one of the more expensive brands. It’s considered “luxury” drugstore products. Just like Natasha is “luxury” for high end. Just a good way too look at it. But it’s packaging and you also get SO MUCH PRODUCT in each pan with Natasha denona palettes. Not disagreeing just trying to put it into perspective. And I personally love some items from physicians formula. So maybe this helps a bit? I just got her gold palette tonight and I have nothing like the formulas / shades in my collection. So to each their own :) if people can afford it, great!

Hey Tati, I love how you have been talking about ingredients in beauty products lately. I was thinking it would be so neat if you tested out more products in the Green Beauty world. There are so many amazing products that I have gotten (Crunchi, Lily Lolo, Vapour Organics) but I have found that there are rarely amazing tutorials or reviews on these products, and the ones that do exist aren't the best quality.

Probably wont see this... but a sty is basically a pimple in your eye. I used to get them ALL the time in middle school. I used the drops and they never worked. I used a warm towel and placed it over my eye... then I would pop the sty. Also using J&J baby shampoo to wash my eyelashes and eyebrows. That helps a lot. Hopefully I help someone with this comment lol

I agree that being against vaccinations isn't a good idea or example for Kat Von D to put out into the world I also think that Tati could have done a better job at explaining why it isn't a good idea. Tati, like Kat Von D, should be conscious of what she puts out into the world and what kind of example she sets for others; little remarks like that don't do much in the ways of helping others realize why what the believe and choose to do or not to do can be harmful, many times remarks and side comments such as these are antagonizing and create a bigger gap between the two ideas making it harder for the person, this case Kat Von D, to hear other people out and think about her actions because of comments and remarks such as these from everyone. I agree that you should speak up for what you believe in and what you think is right but there are better ways to go about it, ways that can close the gap and create an actual meaningful and impactful conversation. I love Tati but I cannot support this, not in the manner she delivered it, just as I cannot support Kat with her views on vaccines. This goes for both of these influential women no matter how much I admire and appreciate what their work. A stye is more prone to happen when/if you “aggressively” wash your eye makeup off. Or rubbing your eyes. I mean if you’re sharing makeup, sure it can happen then. But it happens when your eyelashes push into the follicle. During the rubbing/friction, you can unknowingly & obviously unintentionally, have a rogue eyelash push into its follicle. Essentially like the bump, irritation, inflammation & redness associated with an ingrown hair. When the hair pushes into the follicle, with that comes whatever bacteria is on your eyelash. Obviously the bacteria is now inside your body so it can cause that bump aka stye. It’s you’re bodies natural response to any bacterial invasion. Blood rushes to the sight aka causing redness & inflammation. Just an FYI for peeps!

BTW the best oil cleanser I ever used was the Face Shop Ricewater Bright Light Cleansing Oil. Gets out all that stubborn eyeliner AND mascara. I love the PR unboxings that James does.....I mean you and James😂😂😘😘 but I'm not watching them to see the damn box. I'm watching them to see the way you and James interact (and Pookah!!) and the product inside. The videos give me a good idea of what new releases I may want to look out for, but to be honest those giant wasteful packages leave a bad taste in my mouth, not for you but for the company who sent them, and in the end it might actually be the deciding factor in whether i buy their lipgloss or the one sent in a simple envelope.
Same! It really bothers me when they send excessive packaging. I find myself avoiding them in the stores because it just rubs me the wrong way that they waste so much on PR packaging.
I would appreciate when you would talk more often about waste pr packaging, bad ingredients in make up... 🙌 i think People need to know what poisoning ingredients they put on their body!
