Really detailed tutorial but definitely an easier way to make these bags. One tip is to attach the outer and inner fabric at the same time, it reduces the need to cover the raw edges at the end. The fluffy stuff is called either 'Wadding' or 'Fusible Fleece'
I think she did it this way because she didn't want the lining fabric to be quilted. It was supposed to be nice and smooth. Most bags like this are the same
this was such and amazing tutorial and wonderful pattern!!!! I have not sewn in over 5 years and following this video allowed me to create something useful and adorable! thank you Solana!!!
I made this for my friend's birthday, and it turned out absolutely amazing!! I have made a few other projects following TH-cam videos, and yours was certainly the best one. It was extremely detailed and easy to follow. It's really cool that you don't need a sewing pattern as well. I can only recommend making this bag, I did it over the course of one evening and my friend loved it. Lots of love, thank u so much for the tutorial!❤
I just made it yesterday and it looks so good! It took me quite a bit of time (like 4h 😅) but this is my first sewing project which I actually can use and looks so good!
This tutorial is perfecccttt🤩 I’m a beginner sewer and it has turned out so pretty, I didn’t think it was difficult even though i’m new into this💕 tysm for the amazing tutorial, I’ve made it a lot of necessaires to give as a present for many cared ones 💕💕💕
I am making these as Christmas gifts and I just finished the first one! Love it, is the size I imagined and looks super adorable. I understood every step you took, Thank youuuu ❤
I just made this as my first ever sewing project and I can’t thank you enough. Amazing tutorial I’m so happy with the end result thank you so much and keep up the amazing work 💗
Me encanta!! Sólo un pequeño truco para cuando colocas la cremallera: cuando vayas a cerrarla cuando la estás cosiendo prueba a dejar clavada la aguja y a levantar el prensatelas y el cierre pasa por debajo sin problema.
Thank you I like the quilted effect. But as stated you can sew all layers together so you won’t see inner edges just leave a gap and turn inside out. Thx you!!!
I did this tutorial, it’s very good. I did get some bits wrong and had to unpick however, a success. I do think there may be easier ones online but this is very detailed so thank you very much ❤❤❤
Turned out so pretty!! Where do you get your Solana labels from? I'd also love to label my self sewn clothes but there are just so many label options...
Hallo!
Still have to rewatch this every time I make my makeup pouch😂. Can you show how to make your pouch more puffy and sturdy please?😢 I used medium and heavy weight fusible fleece, but my makeup pouch is still not puffy enough.

Sorry for the dumb question but do you mean from the start just sew all 3 pieces together (inner, wadding and outer)?

@@AnnaliseChengand the way I sew it also hides the zipper super nicely 🥰
Can you tell me what type of wadding or batting fabric is best for this pouch or what kind of batting she has used?
This is honestly one of the best most detailed tutorials I have ever seen thank you so much❤❤

Turned out so pretty!! Where do you get your Solana labels from? I'd also love to label my self sewn clothes but there are just so many label options...
They are from wunderlabel :)
The fabrics you used are so pretty, thanks for this tutorial ! Could you please give the measurements of the final bag ? Cheers !
Super cute. I love the easy way. The zipper is not going smoothly though 😅
❤💓 thank you!
hi! do you think i can use this to make bags for my etsy shop?
Yes sure why not :)
I found this so helpful! Thank you so much
Hey :) if my zipper is smaller how do I adjust the measurements? Do I just do the size plus 1cm either side? thanks!
Are you able to put the fabric dimensions in the description box? Xx
done :)
Thank you!! ❤
I can’t wait to make this! Your tutorial looks so well thought out. Curious the size in inches for the zipper? 12 inches zipper?
Hugs, Toni
such a great tutorial!!🫶🏻 can I ask what type of labels you use?
I order mine from Wunderlabel :)
Would this work with terry towling fabric for the outside?
Hello, I loved the video. Could you tell us the finished measurements? Thanks
If you were to sew lace onto the zipper how would you do it
Love the tutorial! Could you also overlock the raw edges instead of adding the fabric to cover them?
yes absolutely!
Hey, loved the video. I just wanted to know whether it's possible to avoid the fleece
yes you could do it without the fleece, that's just to make it look more fluffy :) but it's not needed
Amazing 😭
The fluffy stuff is called wadding!

where do you order the custom logo labels from?🥺
