    I have been to India many times its a lovely country with amazing people but lack of cleanliness in public places, basic hygiene (especially street food vendors) and lack of traffic discipline makes any tourist gets irritated

      The municipalities are lazy and useless here. We need a private company to handle the cleaning business.

      @@desiputtar89it's not about municipality kid. We indians have bad mindset. Even my every relative has such mindset. In my sister's wedding, they throw cans & water bottles everywhere (even tho we organized trashcans everywhere). After the wedding on night, in morning whole area was full of plastic bottles & cans. It's about mindset. Government already did dozens of "clean india moment" & har ghar swatch yojna etc so don't blame whole thing on government.

    i live in himachal and i have seen the difference between domestic and foreign tourists our state was clean and peaceful before herds of domestic tourists started coming in and now our rivers are dirty some of our roads are dirty and full of garbage, milk packets ,beer bottles ,plastic and a lot more and majority of these tourists are from Delhi Haryana UP and Punjab on the other hand a tourist group from Russia started a campaign in their own community in Manali to clean the local rivers and mountains , why cant Indians use dustbins and why do they have to drink alcohol and hooka near rivers, this is the water we drink

    most of the cities in India are decorated with garbage, even worse are religious places like Varnasi, Vrindavan… both people and the local governments to be blamed. Unless they come with a penalty like in Singapore for littering, nothing is going to change. Same indians when they travel abroad, behave responsibly because they know of the serious consequences! Its so shameful for an ambassador to point out the pile of garbage. Even in 2024, if things havent changed, shows how incorrigible the system is !

      Its difficult to change their attitude other than littering you can see men urinating in public places is a common sight all over India . Also, its the country with the highest number of people do open defecation 🤣

      @premierradio7642 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@arrshath So, are you justifying the littering ? Go to China and see how clean are their cities! A country with same population as India but most of their cities and towns are far cleaner than American and European cities.

      @@premierradio7642 No matter how much crores Indian govt spend on infrastructure unless they ban gutka pan masala etc this will bound to happen! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Or they must fine citizens who makes place uglier then only we can expect cleaner environment. And high time govt must organise Indian waste management corporation

    Cleanliness in Bombay too is only done in places around Mantralaya,Raj Bhavan, Ministry buildings both official and their residential area surroundings.
    In suburban areas like Andheri East etc even the overflowing dustbins which give out a stench like in main road of Pump House where I was passing through has never been attended to.
    Even the fish monger sells fish sitting right on the dirty toilet entrance along with a roadside two wheeler repair chap and only a blind municipal team cannot miss this dump area.
    What is happening after Bombay has been changed to Mumbai is reflecting on the kind of power hungry and corrupt politicians who have their areas cleaned everyday but let the rest of the citizens live in rot.
    A shame on the government and the municipal corporation, the ward officers and the elected representatives of the Pump House, Andheri East of this city.
    These guys are now shameless enough to ask the people to come and vote for them.
    NOTA wins again in this ward.
