Brilliant, I can't believe developers are building parks like this before putting up buildings. The sport has come a long way since the 80s when we had to build our own little rickety jump ramps. (Also: 30 years ago I would've done a stalefish nosepick on that bench at the top of the big bank!)
Gorgeous park! That mini spine looks like so much fun. Love the insight from Darren! I'll hopefully check it out on the way to Ballarat next time. Thanks for sharing! 🛹😎🤘
Looks like a great park! Great video! Really appreciate your tips the other day sorry to comment and ask so many questions.. ended up ordering my first wide boy 10.75 😂 never had an egg b4 .. just want to have fun on a different set up in 2025 doing lots of slappys and grinds (I’m getting old ) thanks so much and keep up the good content! I wouldn’t have the interest or confidence to switch up my popsicle setup after so many years without your videos and real time reviews!🫡🏆🛹✍️ happy holidays!
@ thanks! Just got it in and loving the feel, I stepped on my 8.25 popsicle after and it feels like a twig 😂. Any tips on things to work on first? It’s a lot of board anything would help! 🫡🏆📺🥚
Hopefully these mellow bank transition, low rails and ledges, 3 stair rails dont become common..the tall bank was the best thing. Darren step it up and build bigger.
I've also designed much, much bigger stuff (that only gets used by a small number of skilled skaters). Variety is really the key to cater for everyone, as there are so many different styles and skill levels - so we actually need both.
the one real downside of this park I noticed when skating here, the legs on the flatbar's/rails are square with sharp corners and they do some serious damage to the to your nose and tail especially when skating the hip, foam and tape should be a easy fix at least
They did a great job with the design, jealous of that mini ramp
Yeah and it’s cool that it’s separated on its own too 👌🏽
I will never understand why stones and bark are put in a skatepark. This park looks amazing.

Yeah this one is so good! Damn it’s so hot over here right now, hard to think how cold it is over there lol
I love how creative these park designs are! I wish we had some of these designs here in the states.
Yeah they are so good! Hopefully the builders over there start catching on 🤞🏽
