Most important tip.
What I did was connect the phone to the pc while the phone was on, and I allowed the pc to access the phone's files then did exactly what the guy did in the video, worked like a charm.

I have gott a Samsung Galaxy A52. The reason why i wanted to Factory Reset my Galaxy A52 is there is a Homepage installed och my Bookmarks, which i haven't been able to remove.
I have tried to remove it many times without success. I have applied the same way as you are showing (Factory Reset), but that Homepage, which is called "Telekom Hu" is still on my Bookmarks.
Is there any way i can remove that annoying homepage?
