Most important tip. What I did was connect the phone to the pc while the phone was on, and I allowed the pc to access the phone's files then did exactly what the guy did in the video, worked like a charm.
I have gone through so many videos but had hard time resetting my phone. But this guy has explained so rightly, I was able to do it in one go. Now this is what we call a no BS tutorial. Thanks man!

I have tried to remove it many times without success. I have applied the same way as you are showing (Factory Reset), but that Homepage, which is called "Telekom Hu" is still on my Bookmarks. Is there any way i can remove that annoying homepage? Thank You!
