    Hi felix, do you have some examples of prior vocational trainings? I’m from Italy and I’ve never heard of this 😅

    Could you make detailed video about how ausbildung (vocational training) can be way to go to medical school?

    • @sollte1239
      @sollte1239 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You need to have something similar to the German Abitur anyway

      @@guesswho3878 In general yes....
      There do exist exeptions so after 3 years Ausbildung + 3 years working it is sometimes possible to study but I don't know whether that applies to Medicine

    Hi I study medicine at a public university in Senegal. I have a BDU degree in Germany. Can I continue my studies in Germany, knowing that I am in the third year?

    What way u suggest if my high school gpa is bad like just above 60 percent and am preparing for joining Studienkolleg what do u think about it felix ? Also for internships and voluntary things can u recommend anything?
    and maybe by
    doing both voluntary and Studienkolleg can increase the chances right. And am actually in a drop year so will drop years affect my application in anyway am learning language.

    • @felixcgoebel
      @felixcgoebel  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You’re right - combining multiple Ways always boosts you chances (such as Studienkolleg and Voluntary work)
      Red Cross Organisation is always a great choice for volutary work because its also a thing in Germany.
      Best of Luck 🙏🏻!

    Great video! So if you take the Studentkolleg route and still fail to get into medical school then what happens? Can you still study dentistry or mechanical engineering or something? Or do you need to do another year of Studentkolleg?

    • @felixcgoebel
      @felixcgoebel  ปีที่แล้ว

      Studienkolleg with the Feststellungsprüfung at the end is needed to enroll at german universities. It’s compulsory for dental school, engeneering medicine etc. If you are required to do studienkolleg, pass it successfully and then are rejected from Medicine you can still apply for all the other subjects yes :)

    • @bennoarchimboldi6245
      @bennoarchimboldi6245 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@felixcgoebel Thanks. One more question… If I pass the Feststellungsprüfung and get rejected by all medical schools on the first attempt, should I study dentistry or something and switch to medicine, like you suggested in the video? Or is it possible to retake the Feststellungsprüfung and reapply to medical schools? Which would be better? I ask this because switching from dentistry to medicine is not 100% guaranteed, right?

      Glad to hear 🙏🏻,
      now you would contact the Landesprüfungsamt (examinations office to ask wether they recognize your certificate) and then write the universities. Best of luck!

    • @felixcgoebel

    there any exam required to study MBBS in Germany? (like NEET or something else)

    • @felixcgoebel

      We do not have NEET - We have an optional entrance examination (TMS) but it's only helpful for germans applying.
