What if I wanted to create a campaign on clients that I met at an event? I'd like to keep track of conversations and emails all in one place. Is this possible with Hubspot?
Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks. We definitely recommend creating a campaign for your events. You can't track conversations in campaigns, but you can track who you met and then click to their contact page to view your activity with them (if you are logging your calls and emails). I hope this helps!
If we have landing page assets we are adding to the campaign, can these landing pages (I assume created on hubspot) be used with a website created with Wix. Also if landing pages are created in Wix can they be used in this adding assets area to add to the campaign
You can embed HubSpot forms directly into your Wix. Read this HubSpot Knowledge Base article about embedding Hubspot tracking code with Wix: knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/install-the-hubspot-tracking-code. You can also create a landing page in HubSpot and simply create an anchor link on your website to connect with the landing page. You can track your Wix website assets by using a tracking url (Reports->Analytics, scroll to bottom of page).
Jessica - we do here and there but not really a video SPECIFIC to that question. That's a great idea though. We'll add "digital marketing features in HubSpot free" as a video in our upcoming production schedule. Feel free to share any additional ideas. Appreciate it!
@@stephenbrownhill5285 Yes, if you're trying to batch contacts into a "campaign" the hack for that would be to use active or static lists. You could call your list "campaign XYZ" and add the appropriate contacts there, and then use that to select that "list" for an email campaign, specific contact activity view, etc.
