The Geoffrey baratheon bar you missed was one of the hardest punch lines in this track, Geoffrey barathion was one of the most hated main characters on game of thrones who died from drinking a poisoned glass of wine, it’s also a double-entendre for one of the most iconic Jamaican dancehall moves spelt “whine” when a girl backs it up on you at a party basically. He’s saying don’t get caught lacking at a party or you’ll die for a whine (the dance not the drink) like Geoffrey Baratheon, absolute madness the bloke 🔥🔥

It’s great that you resonate with Dave because of your shared Nigerian heritage, but Dave and his music transcends borders. He’s bigger than that. When I listen to his music, depending on the track I’m listening to, I either get inspired to improve my life and my mental state, or I reflect on the world and what I can do to make it a better place, or I just get wavy and have a good time.
