If notice for 154(B)29 doesn't get served to a occupier, can a case be lodged or admited at the deputy registrar? & is the law of limitations applicable in such matters?

154 बी 29 हा अॅक्ट हा फक्त सोसाटीच्या फायदाचे आहे.जो सभासद डिफोट॔ आहे त्याला जर सोसायटी कागद पत्र देण्यास टाळटळ करते.सभासदाला.सभेट बोलुन पैशा करता धमक्या दिली जाते.आठ दिवसा मध्ये भरा नाही तर आपल्या रुमचे काम करु देत नाही.अशा सोसायटी पदअधिकारी व सभासद यांच्यावर कारवाई काय.
