REMOVE JAMMED PAGE SCANNER
My scanner keeps jamming. Changed the main (big) rollers. Then it only jams when in U-turn mode. Was about to bring it to canon repair center, then I saw this video. Cleaned the 4 sensors as instructed and it worked. No more paper jam in either mode. Thank you. You just saved me a trip to the repair center :)

We have about 5 of the scanners and after about a year they are all having trouble feeding when there is more than 1 page.

Hi, I have an DR-C225. My scanner often feeds multiple sheets at once, but sometime the paper isn't moved at all. What I find strange, is that the cog that moves the feed roller of the front door is sometimes spinning freely (like independent from the feed roller, although they sit on the same shaft) and sometimes its not. Is it supposed to move free in one direction or has it to be fixed?
Rollers are brand new. However, that did not fix the issue

The power button light keeps flashing after it falls to the ground, what could it be?
Is there a way to disable or lower the sensibility of this sensor for all applications that use it?
I have a business application wich scans single page documents through WIA, and some of these documents have labels/stickers attached to it. Everytime I try to scan one of these pages it acuses paper jam.
If I use the CaptureOnTouch software, it has an option to disable paper jam sensor that allows to scan the same pages with labels/stickers, but this option does not affect other softwares.

I have a 2 week old cannon imageclass with paper jam error. tried everything and it wont shut off.

@@PcDoctor35 What is that procedure ? The printer is not connected to a computer. I only used it to make copies, about 20 total. 1 or 2 a day. I cannot do anything with it as soon as I try anything the fault comes up right away. Is there a procedure that requires my computer to be connected ?
