I'm going to go and stay in the forest up by the reservoir, been taking cold shower's and fasting because it's still summer in New Zealand, maybe like all the greats master's and teachers alike nature will heal me and tell me what it needs, I miss the silence of the forest, I love you beautiful friend be well. ❤

Wow I am soo pleased I watched this. I could not understand that I felt nothing and yet I am supposed to be going through a transformation. Yet I have felt a calm, acceptance of myself and I have changed the way I am living my life. I need to be more involved with my life. Stop being in my hermit mode. Thank you, in the cocoon and feeling impatient at times. ❤. I let go of the fake steering wheel of life and it’s going great. 😊. I feel good I’ve lived authentically. Stopped watching tv in ‘78, never got into video games… I lived and learned. 🎉. But, I feel it’s preventing my ego from dissolving. The pain has been unbelievable.

This is true. I joined some alchemy groups to really take this to another level.
I feel very much that you're a critical guide in my life at this juncture. I'm not scared about whatever is coming anymore. Just very very tired. Ready for a real rest and to digest all that's happened to me this last year - integrate it - and then with the energy to move forward see what happens next for real - but legit, I need like, a month where I don't have to worry about work and can focus on my health - yoga, zoomba, etc. So that I've got the stamina to apply my expanding self \o/

Felt like you were talking right to me :’) definitely been in the goop and I just loved the feeling of expansion that it isn’t an experience constrained by time, and also just a great visual of flow based energy~ not over extending, not completely passive. Just right on time for me today. And the “this too”’s. A great exercise and experience of calling all of me into the moment. I mean wow. Big stuff.

I feel like one of those toroidal flows, my whole being a constant self-referential knowing that knows it’s the knower, whilst knowing .. (nothing!) Always getting turned inside out and outside in, but upon returning through the big squeeze, those filters that distort my reality get lifted. And I’m feeing more like a wizard with every day that passes by.
