One of the accused in the Hillary Gardee murder case denied bail

One of the accused in the Hillary Gardee murder case Sipho Mkhatshwa, has been denied bail. Mkhatshwa, together with Philemon Lukhele and Mduduzi Gama are facing charges of murder, defeating the ends of justice and conspiracy to commit murder.They were arrested after Gardee's lifeless body was found in a timber plantation a few kilometres outside Mbombela in April.
