You know... those REs that now have a 4-6 month waiting list and sell close to 100k model or month of JUST their 350s and sell way under $5000 out the door. I'm as loyal as any HD guy. 9 HDs over 37 years and riding 42 years.... but honestly RE and even Honda just released a 125 that already has a waiting list (I called)... the inexpensive, simple, light bike is what the world wants and really is what conveys the joy of riding easily for beginners. I went up and up... all the way to pushing 40k for a M8 limited...900 pounds of mini-van like fun... and I was pretty stoked to sell it during covid and pick up a nice old EVO sportster. I told myself it was just until I found something else... but you know what - that little bike is a joy. Smiles in my heart... and with a Saddlemen step up seat, a set of tall Z bars, and it already had forward controls... even at 6'3" I can stretch out and ride all day...and still can move it around in the city with no issues or all the work of pushing around a beast bike. I'd buy the 350. I may look hard at the 500... maybe. Maybe I'll also find a RE classic that actually comes to the store now having been sold already for months. Imagine if HD has that coming to their bottom line.

And it’s kind of true, we have big open highways and distance between destinations is huge. People come here and think it’s like home then act surprised when they find out it’ll take 2 solid days to drive across the country without stopping at 80 mph. There are people in rural areas that drive over an hour just to go to any store.

If you haven’t ridden one of these yet go try one they are actually kinda fun. I watched 3 diff people drop these 6 times in one day and get right back up and take off. Hard to watch but still amazing.
i took the MSF course at harley . we used the street 750s. it started raining the moment we started doing hard stops/emergency stops. it was at that point i learned how to fall lol
That's just a Benelli tnt300 with a 0⁰ or 360⁰ crank(same crank) .... If they wanted it to be a Harley they should have put a 315⁰ crank and it would sound exactly like a Harley . And the Benelli is extremely heavy for a 300.
for the purpose i think it can work, because the weight can accustom a new rider to heavier bikes and the power is low enough to be safe training platform.

Harley used to be a prestigious brand and a bike worth owning. Now it's just a Chinese bike with expensive American made (assuming) stickers that would run up the prices. And yes, this looks more Benelli and less Harley. So this is Chinese Davidson.
Good MSF bike, but IMHO Harley needs to make a 500-650cc V-twin range that aren't rebadged Benelli's. A Nightster is too much bike for most beginners, and that is the new entry point into HD for those outside of Asia.
It baffles me that a driving school of some sorts only uses a plastic bucket as safety equipment. But you can’t wear a T-shirt because they use longsleeves. Can’t make this shit up
i bought a harley helmet like like that black and white....my normal size with other brands is Large. Large with that harley helmet was too tight its like my ears were being torn...then i ordered the XL and still it hurts my ears when taking it off
Not for sale this is why HD is not going to make it. They are going to have to start sell smaller bikes or lose. This is a nice looking bike I would buy it if price was right. And why would they train on a bike they don’t sell.
I know this is just a Royal Enfield 350, but who cares, it looks awesome around town. That being said, I'd rather just be honest and buy a Royal Enfield.

That bike is so puny. Don't call it an HD. Either increase the seat height and make it a cafe racer or make it a proper cruiser style. This is just a mix of both in the wrong order.
@@mrvwbug4423 unfortunately with the crash bars on these bikes, they hit your knees even with short riders. just got these bikes at my company and i like them more than the street 500s for sure but i do have some problems with them and I think they're not great for the BRC. Suzuki TU250x is the king of beginner bikes imo.
