Balverines seem to be the only consistent creatures in Albion. Unlike Hobbes who seemed to have hidden away, Balverines have grown stronger and more intelligent. Anyway, great video Sky! Keep it up!
This reminds of of every Fable player’s sworn duty for every play though. You must spell shit instead of Hits at the Witchwood demon door. That is all.
Imagine being able to use the statue of the white balverine in fable 3 to become the white pack leader balverine and switch to and from it at will like the other guy did. Hero-king/Alpha Balverine, shit would be sick
and infect Hobson, some high ranking members of the Royal army, Ben Finn, Reaver and your wife/queen. It would be like a secret society like Reaver's party.
In fable 3 when infiltrating Reever's mansion there are several black balverine's. They are there as party guests that seem normal and of average intelligence for the fable world. This causes the scene where Reever's butler get's ate for trying to be romantic with one. So they seem to be able to pass as normal people.
Balverines are my favorite beasts. =) Even though they're a headache to beat. XD Yes, I would love to live in Silver Pines really beautiful forest full of nature and pine trees. I'm aware of the dangers being killed or cursed forever.
Balverine settlements is a good clucking idea. Wild balverines in the wilderness + sentient balvarines hidden among humans or in certain cults would be cool. It would be even better if the player could become a balverine like in skyrim. Or Even little hobbe villiages and factions like the smarter hobbes would live in huts and study magic and use machines and the dumber ones would live in the wilderness and actually attack the smarter ones like bandits. The humans of Albion have evolved so why not the other races? This idea was only slightly explored in the games. Too many of the non-human enemies are just mindless creatures or henchmen. It would be terrifying if some of them were fully self aware. They would be able to trap and ambush the hero in clever ways and it would make for more interesting encounters This idea could also be applied to the undead in some way if someone clever comes up with some good lore for it.
I want a future game to let us become a balverine. Thought it was going to happen in Fable 3 because all the white balverine in Silverpines seemed to need was that statue in order to turn into one. If I remember right there's letters which talk about it? I think we can assume heroes have a natural resilience to the balverine curse given how many yeeted me during my playthroughs of multiple Fable games, but perhaps this statue would have been strong enough to surpass that.
Could you maybe discuss the Banshee, Its one of my favourite kind of "Monster" /undead. And if so could it be that they inspired her from old story's about "la llorona"?
Im glad microsoft stopped fable 4 before it happened. Fable doesnt need to keep going into the future. Fans would like to see some games taking place in the old kingdom or early age of heroes
I always found it interesting that the white balverine could initially control himself but gradually lost control over time. Perhaps over the years those who would become balverines found a way to keep more of their humanity if you will but they still seem to be easily triggered when it comes to transforming. Kind of like the one who transformed in Fable 3 after the butler slapped her on the behind
Do the humans of Albion have any silver coins? The "arbitrary" decision by certain people to not use silver coins for reasons they won't explain might start to get suspicious.
When I mentioned the region being connected to Brightwood, I did intend on showing the tower while writing the video. Completely forget when capturing the footage!
I don't think take over but maybe a fable underworld because the silver would make it awkward could be invited for tea and be revealed but definitely a town or city
You know what'd be pretty cool? If we had a fable game where the hero is like half balverine half human. You could transform into a balverine during a fight.
*Theresa's Question:* Could Balverines take over Albion?
I would say that whith their modern capabilities it could be possible though very hard and risky

Couldn't agree more! You're welcome. Thanks for the continued support!
During thy age of enlightenment one of Balverine tries to lure heros into a nesting grounds trip to The crucible
This reminds of of every Fable player’s sworn duty for every play though.
You must spell shit instead of Hits at the Witchwood demon door. That is all.
You must do it. HITS

There is a book, The Balverine Order which is about your theory
Good book, I’ve read it was a side of fable I never really saw before.
Plus all of the other side stories too.
Balverine Order is great - partly inspired the theory!
Yea they could have
White balerines seem to be the only ones with intelligence
The normal balverines seem almost more beast like

Johnathan Ross voices the butler lol
Silverpines definitely gave me Knothole Glade vibes. Except for the obnoxious track from the Gray House :D
Absolutely same! I think that is why I love the region so much.
I really liked the moody atmosphere of the pine forest 😇 I really like it's colors and the ambient itself
Balverines are my favorite beasts. =)

I'd just side with Connor and for him to bite me on a full moon, so I turn into a white Balverine too.

I did briefly look into it. If I can find a good enough theory, I'll put something together :)
The banshee originates from Irish folklore and has its own lore and stories that are distinct from that of la llorona.
@@chthonianjellyfish2176 thank you, I didnt know that, but It´s nice to know

guess what😭
*loads turret pistol* no please do say.
I was having this thought not a week ago glad you made this video
I'm glad you found the video and hope you enjoyed it!

That was poor timing on his part, the wheel landed on the Balverines
Any thoughts on witchcraft Mary having a white balverine statue in her cell?
I always wanted an old kingdom game that shows us the Balvorn and have us take it down. Show the beginnings of the balverines
Do the humans of Albion have any silver coins? The "arbitrary" decision by certain people to not use silver coins for reasons they won't explain might start to get suspicious.
I think Balverines could co-exist with the rest of the creatures cause they may not be inherently violent, like Seth from the legend of Wolfsbane
I stand by the theory that hobbes are the most dangerous creatures to albion
Can you elaborate on that
Im surprised you didnt mention the brightwood tower easter egg
When I mentioned the region being connected to Brightwood, I did intend on showing the tower while writing the video. Completely forget when capturing the footage!
Well I for one welcome our new Balverine overlords
And they welcome you in return
I love this so much!! SUBBED!
I don't think take over but maybe a fable underworld because the silver would make it awkward could be invited for tea and be revealed but definitely a town or city
Ohh that would have made an amazing side quest
Balverines were always so scary to me when I was child lol
They're just annoying enemies now
@@Skyrionn that I can agree with
I’d just join the Balverines

I think I would like that. Good thought
Were-balverine??
Or Were-verine..
hehe
I mean they could, but... why would they want too?
