I have a doubt, this is a question I ask to anyone here in the comments section who's able to answer it! Suppose for a college there's 0 seats for SC category, and 5 seats in Open Quota or OBC, if there's none to claim in Open or OBC Quota, will the seats be transferred to other category? during mopup round. In case a person takes free-exit from 2nd round of counselling or if a person hasn't been alloted any seat in 1st or 2nd round is eligible for mop-up round right?
