Hey man! Love the content! I found it really interesting that you put it as "kill the flesh." I think so many self improvement content creators fall into the trap of making themselves an idol, especially their bodies. There is a right way to work out. I call bodybuilding "building the temple of the Holy Spirit" (half a joke, half serious). The right way to take care of yourself is out of a love for your creator. Maybe you could talk about this sometime?
Side note: Could you turn the audio up next time? Your voice is really quiet.

God did the same thing he to me, but instead of skateboarding, it was basketball.
