We visited family nearby in Antioch and absolutely fell in love with Franklin. We went there last year during the 4th and it was amazing. Definitely recommend
While there I took the Wiley's country star tour and it was well worth the time and money. Not only did we do a meet and greet with a Nashville legend, the corny jokes on the bus has us in stiches. Jeff is a great tour guide and I hope to take it again when down that way.
Relocating from Los Alamos,NM to Myrtle Beach, SC in retirement. Your videos are clear, concise sometimes whimsical and always entertaining. The both of you make a great team and we will absolutely visit many of the places you've showcased. Thank you so very much!. "Happy travels" and all the best to you both!
Love Tennessee and have been numerous times to different ares. Franklin is already on my bucket list, so this was awesome. Love the architecture. Cheers
Those Tiny Little Donuts are expensive, but holy cow, soooo good! They're a once-in-a-while treat. You've got to get there early though; they're only open til they're sold out, and not necessarily every day of the week. The glazed with sprinkles are the way to go for sure. The whole historic downtown area is an awesome place to get memorabilia - and White's is a great place to look. In Kilwins, near Whites, you can get amazing chocolate, fudge, ice cream etc. It's so good! The Farmer's Market at the Factory on Saturday mornings is a great place to visit, and Five Daughters is So. Dang. Good. There are various festivals which are fun to visit in Franklin. Off the top of my head there's one in April, July, and at Christmas...pretty sure there's more though. There's also the Pilgrimage festival - I think that's what it's called? It's a big Christian music festival at Harlinsdale Farm, opposite the Factory. Pucketts and Meridees in Downtown Franklin are good places to eat too.
Im looking for information for Franklin because we are planning visiting in January, and boom i found your video, its fantastic tons good stuff, thanks again 🙏
Is this town we’re Grace Christian Academy and Aaron Solomon weren’t investigated when his daughter accused him of sa and his son wound up dead after being with his father?
I'm here in 2024, don't see homeless problems here at all.. a very peaceful, clean, advanced, still vintage, comfortable, convenient, well planned out city. I would seriously consider living here if I'm an American.
RIGHT??? They did recently put up a statue ....but it's not on the roundabout, it's on the sidewalk opposite next to Mellow Mushroom. Can't believe it took so long to even put up that memorial!
I love Franklin in almost every aspect during my visit, but food was really...meh... even the most highly rated restaurant-- Mi Kitchen(4.9/5 on Google), if you are an asian or some sort, don't go there.. that restaurant made me feel I could just move here and open a restaurant with my home cooking skills.
Visited 8/27/22 definitely got many many stares, not in a good way. People weren’t friendly, as we walked around some even stopped their conversations to stare us down. Definitely did not feel welcomed. This is the type of place that isn’t too found of outsiders who aren’t conservative. You can tell that the residents there are probably the type who don’t have exposure to other cultures/races and most likely don’t care to. Seems like the history they share is only sided.
Moving from Florida to Franklin in two weeks and I’m so excited
Hope ur loving it
Hope you don’t have kids going to school there
@@Bri_g3 Why not?
We are moving from Florida to Franklin soon too. How did you like it so far ?
Bad move. Prepare to be landlocked and cold.
Thanks!
Im from the UK and I can't wait to visit Franklin when I finally get to Nashville
How was it?
I went there last week for my birthday. I absolutely fell in love with the place. It’s so jolly and adorable

We are about to check out this town and appreciate the information.
I live in Nashville now. Love to see my hometown of Fishers, IN make it as the #1 place to live in America 🤠 (0:53) !

You’d love Franklin! If we ever moved back to TN, this part of the state would be my first choice.

We will! Thx!

Moving there from oregon. Don't worry, we're conservative! =D
Then move to the hillbilly areas in the country.
Good for you! Conservative from WA state here. We're visiting Franklin this fall and it looks lovely.
I'm from Wilsonville oregon moving to Franklin too
What a gross comment. Are there non conservatives in Franklin? Would be pretty boring if everyone was the same.
Born/raised in Oregon...Looking at Franklin and Lewisburg currently. How's your experience been so far?
Great video! I appreciate you putting it together.
Thx for watching! Love Franklin!!
interesting. thanks for sharing.
Moving there from CA

Thanks Chad and Abby ! I want doughnutsssss!
Where do they live?
Another well produced video - unclear on why these don't get more views.

Good video. As a resident I can say it overrated. Good place to visit though.
What about homeless people on the streets? Or drunk methed out homeless ppl begging for money. Any of this going on
We are talking about FRANKLIN right this is not NASHVILLE . Very clean .
I'm here in 2024, don't see homeless problems here at all.. a very peaceful, clean, advanced, still vintage, comfortable, convenient, well planned out city. I would seriously consider living here if I'm an American.
Put a black solider’s statue next to that damn confederate statue. Now that’s progress.
RIGHT??? They did recently put up a statue ....but it's not on the roundabout, it's on the sidewalk opposite next to Mellow Mushroom. Can't believe it took so long to even put up that memorial!
I agree!
Outside with a mask ok…..🙄
It's not on your face. Why are you so annoyed 😂😂😂
The food is absolutely terrible.
Looking back at people wearing the masks makes me angry. Restricting fresh air while wearing a control device especially outside is insanity.

I thought it was too liberal and moved to Florida.
