How did you get the stradle and not yet get advance??
There is a concept called specificity, that express that if you train straddle you will get straddle not full or adv

how much days did it took to reach from first unlocking advance tuck to straddle
What are your rest times in between working sets? And what do you do for shoulder and wrist strength?
Normally around 3-5 min, but for higher volume it will be up to 8 mins.For shoulders i just train planche and hspuWrist, i follow leevans wrist mobility routine, u can find it on yt

Yup i did before. I just rest when i overtrain
