    Easy corn masala
    Creamy Masala Corn Sabzi is a simple indian curry recipe prepared with sweet corn kernels in spicy and creamy tomato and onion based sauce.
    Cheese Corn Curry is a simple and easy corn gravy recipe. The recipe is very delicious and flavorful. The use of cheese in this dish makes the gravy rich and the cheesy melts in your mouth.
    This is originally a North Indian recipe, just with the exclusion of cheese. A great option to replace your regular Punjabi paneer or potato gravies.
    Also, cashew paste can be used instead of cream. It will provide a natural mild sweetness in the gravy. This makes the gravy a really nice choice to serve to guests at a party.
    It is all right to have this delicious gravy during lunch or dinner, both. You can serve it with roti, flatbread, paratha, or even rice if you prefer that.
    Ingredients--
    1 tbsp butter
    1 cup sweet corn (Boiled)
    for curry:
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp butter
    1 bay leaf / tej patta
    1 inch cinnamon
    2 pods cardamom
    1 tsp cumin
    1 onion finely chopped
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    ¼ tsp turmeric
    1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup tomato paste
    2 tsp fresh cream
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp cheese grated
    ¼ tsp garam masala
    1 tsp kasuri methi crushed
    👉Instructions---
    firstly, in a pan heat 1 tbsp butter and add sweet corn.
    saute for 3 minutes.
    Keep aside.
    now in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter.
    saute 1 bay leaf, 1 inch cinnamon, 2 pods cardamom and 1 tsp cumin until it turns aromatic.
    add 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute until onions turn golden brown.
    further add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, and 1 tsp salt.
    saute until the spices turn aromatic.
    also, add 1 cup tomato paste and saute for 3-4 minutes. to prepare tomato paste blend 2 ripened tomatoes.
    add 1 cup water and mix adjusting consistency as required.
    furthermore, add in saute corn .
    mix well adjusting consistency as required.
    cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the flavours are absorbed.
    add 2 tbsp cheese, ¼ tsp garam masala and 1 tsp kasuri methi. mix well.
    Now add grated cheese and fresh cream and mix well.
    Now ready for serving.
    finally, enjoy corn capsicum masala with roti or naan.
