Mushroom Paneer Tawa Masala /Easy and tasty Recipe

  • Ingredients :
    Mushroom chopped (1Pkt)
    Paneer chopped into cubes (100 gms)
    Capsicum chopped (1)
    Green Chillies (1-2)
    Ginger garlic paste (1tablespoon)
    Kashmiri Mirch powder or color mirch paste(1/2 tspn)
    Butter (1 tablespoon)
    Coriander jeera and spicy chilli powders (1 1/2 Tspn)
    Kasuri Methi (1 tspn)
    Salt
    Oil
    Procedure :
    * Wash and chop mushroom as shown in video, cut paneer in to cube,chop capsicum.
    * Heat the pan, add butter and oil to the onions let it get hot. Add chopped onions and green chillies and saute it till transparent put ginger garlic chilli paste, saute it nicely.
    * Add Tomato puree and give it a nice mix.
    * Now add spices put haldi, salt, coriander jeera and spicy chilli powders and pav bhaji masala to it.Give it a nice mix till it leaves oil.
    * Add capsicum cook it for 2 minutes.Add mushrooms and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
    * Add water to cook nicely for 7-8 minutes.
    * As mushrooms are soft add paneer and saute it till 2-3 minutes.Dint cook paneer for more time as it will loose it's softness.
    * Lastly add crushed kasuri methi and give it a nice mix and off the flame.
    * Serve hot with parathas or naan or jeera rice.
