Great finish. Loved your flower close-ups.
I loved that the stream runs right past the Low Gap shelter. So easy to get your water after a long day. Pizza with a Chili chaser - watch out!
Good to hear you’re feeling better and found a hiking buddy.😊❤
You are being very wise to start with the low mileage. This will help your body to adjust to trail life and make you stronger as you hike more miles. Good to see you have a hiking buddy. That may be the start of a tramily for you. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Hike on Rissa.
Glad your day ended well and that you don't seem to have anything seriously wrong. Fun that you connected with a hiking partner for the next section. God bless you with health and continued joy. See you next time
All's well that ends well. Glad to be along on your journey!
I remember that climb out of Tesnatee Gap. I believe it is called Wildcat Mt. Stayed way off the trail at Whitley Gap shelter. That was a mistake.
You’re doing great. I enjoy the updates. Take care.
Love the videos! Thank you for taking us along on your journey!!!❤ you got this!!! Glad you’re feeling better. A couple other hikers I follow had the same problem and it’s just their bodies adjusting to the new diet and all that so glad you’re feeling better!!!
So glad your day ended well!
A rough day, but also your longest on the AT! That’s real strength and stamina building!! You’re kicking butt!
Good to see you on trail
