Ground nuts or peanuts are major source of a number of snack preparations. Masala peanuts are one of the very common tea time or time-pass snack loved by a number of people. The method of preparation of this snack is very simple. It is shown in today's video. Gram flour, peanuts, oil for frying, red chilly powder, jeera/ajwain, salt are ingredients used in this recipe. Color powder is completely optional. This can be stored for 15-20 days in an airtight container.

Very true! Kannadigas are quiet simple at heart. Being a Tamil, I must admit it's Tamils that are proud and arrogant. They look down on rest of the world, while we are from a culture that encourages racism, anti-women ideologies and hypocrisy. When I met Kannadigas, I was humbled by their modest traits and humble nature.

I first started watching your vlogs not for recipes but for that beautiful dakshina Kannada slang or more precisely Mangluru Kannada....it took me back to my childhood days...l shall tell you why...
I am a Tamilian,but born and brought up in Mangalore but after marriage settled in Bangalore. In fact my first language was Kannada throughout school and college .Now after nearly 20 years of being in Bangalore, obviously my Kannada accent has completely changed and I miss that Mangluru Kannada. I always get nostalgic whenever I hear you speak , it's such a wonderful slang.
And ofcourse hats off to your cooking skills, the way you present, the way you are so organized, your simplicity, your clear cut explanation of the recipe, the perfect subtitles that your sister puts in each vlog.... all are praiseworthy.
