Queen is the only band ever worldwide that had all the bandmembers to write and had all Numbers 1 hits all around the world, I hope you show a lot More Queen in the futere because Freddie was one of a kind and with Queen Theo sold over More than 300.000 albums. Thans you for your enthousiaster reaction.
My second favourite Queen song...greetings from Saskatchewan Dr Brian May - astrophysicist- guitar Roger Taylor - dentistry - drums John Deacon - engineering - bass Freddie Mercury - design - piano They were all talented musicians/songwriters, and all had good careers to fall back on if necessary. Totally love these guys and the Queen lovers family is huge...🇨🇦🖖🏻💥🥰
Freddie is regarded as the best rock singer in history. They had no autotune back then. It was all pure talent. The entire group are musical geniuses. You must react to another earlier Queen live song that the vocals will blow your mind and also one of the best guitar riffs I’ve ever heard. It’s called White Queen live at Hammersmith Oden 1975. It’s amazing.
Freddie wrote this song. Freddie didn't like being called the leader of the band, but he was the leader in some ways - just like the rest of them were leaders in something too. For example, the one who wrote a song had a final say about it - the music, the lyrics. The others could give advice but couldn't veto anything. Freddie was in charge of the music videos and often the rest of the guys didn't like some of the videos (especially Roger, he hated like 70% of them). Roger was more involved with live shows and touring, Freddie with their fashion, albums covers and stage clothes, John with financial decisions. They all argued about everything, every little thing, but in the end they always found compromise.
I'm really enjoying your Queen reactions! Thanks! I highly suggest Save Me, live at their 1981 Montreal concert. Also Under Pressure, live at their 1986 Concert! Well done!
“He’s the leader of the band” Not really, he hated being called that, he used to say he was just the lead singer, which is true. His voice is out of this world but Queen wouldn’t have been what it was without the other members too, they were excellent singers, songwriters and played their instruments so good. What I love the most about Queen is that they considered themselves as four equals and they valued each other’s opinions. Roger Taylor (drummer) is such an amazing singer, he could be the lead of any band, and he’s a god in the drums. Brian May (guitar) is considered the best rock guitarist of all time, and he’s also a great singer. And John Deacon (bassist), even though he was more low key, he’s a wonderful bass player and songwriter, wrote some of Queen’s biggest hits. So I think that should be acknowledged. If you guys want to see more of the other members I recommend I’m In Love With My Car Live at Montreal 1981, in which Roger sings as lead, also ‘39 (studio version) in which Brian sings as lead, and No One But You in which both of them sing. I’m really loving your Queen reactions, hope to see more of their live performances 👏🏻
Freddie always said is the lead singer not the leader. Scientifically speaking, this is the happiest song ever. Check impromptu in Rio ( rock in rio blues) - great improv.🙋✊
"He's the leader of the band" Ooh, Freddie wouldn't like you saying that haha. He hated being called the leader of the band. And he's right, he wasn't. He's the frontman and the lead singer, but not the leader of the band. They were equals and they all wrote songs and hits. They all had a say etc. Anyway, great song, it always makes me happy. React to Another One Bites The Dust luce from Wembley th-cam.com/video/HnCgN4knr0Y/w-d-xo.html
@@shagster2555 like I always say: if just one member of Queen wasn’t apart of Queen, then Queen wouldn’t of lasted nowhere near as long as they did and we probably wouldn’t be talking about them right now. Every member was a piece of the puzzle that is Queen.
Well Freddie really was the leader of the band, he just didn't try to lord it over everyone, he was subtle especially publicly. If Freddie did not want to do something, they would not do it. Freddie usually got his way. They did the whole Hot Space album which Brian and Roger hated. There are many examples to point out. They also haven't really done anything new since Freddie's death, so that should give you an idea.
@@ZENOBlAmusic I never said he never got his way. He did, just like I'm sure the rest did from time to time aswell. And them not doing anything new since Freddie passed has nothing to do with him being a leader or not 😂 He doesn't have to be a leader for it to not be the same without him. New stuff, I mean. They are still on tour, so... He said it in private too, btw,. Peter Freestone has said that.
Dragon Attack or Save Me from Montreal, It ´s a Hard Life from Rio or something from Wembley, they have so many hits and many different and interesting songs , because of four songwriters in the band, love Queen💕Who Wants to Live Forever video is grandiose and breathtaking
Love your reactions and it's so nice to see two people appreciating god damn beautiful music. I wish I was at Wembley. I was lucky to see Queen in Detroit in the 70's, when they were really gaining speed. Seen them perform their "Night At The Opera" tour. What a show!! The best. 👑🧡
It’s the happiest song ever written. They did a study into the uplifting effects of music and this song was found to be the most effective at making you feel good. Please can you do something special? On Tuesday 24th November it is the anniversary of Freddie’s death, a very sad day for all his fans. Please do White Queen live at Hammersmith 1975. (I won’t ask you to do Mother Love yet, you have to be ready for that one, there’s a whole different story behind it) - so yes, White Queen. Here is a band where every member has brought their A game. Freddie’s voice is breathtaking and Brian’s guitar and Freddie’s piano absolutely in sync with each other. Roger’s drums, so intense but not in your face, perfectly complimenting the other instruments. It is an amazing performance, you won’t believe they are doing it LIVE! It’s Christmas Eve and the concert was shown live on TV.
Queen- this sounds like theatre to me.....🎼🎶🎹🎸🎤❤️😎it’s really like watching a relay race with Queen - for me anyway. You’ve got 4 talented guys who understand sharing the stage, and the ultimate performance live. We had the music at Live Aid in England and the United States for 12 plus hours- Queen took the show on a day where talented musicians and vocalists were everywhere. 👑Queen.

Queen is the greatest and Freddie, well, he was beyond great! Live is always amazing with queen and Freddie but if you want to do studio first, Under Pressure is a great one - Queen and David Bowe, amazing vocals from Freddie and also lots of little different sounds or We are the champions is very famous - considered one of the hardest songs to sing.

Great reaction there! For a fun upbeat live performance check out Now I Am Here Queen live at the Hammersmith Odeon 1979 th-cam.com/video/pkkFKUmFJ70/w-d-xo.html. Freddie was more less the leader of the band, but he never admitted it publicly, which was clever, he mostly got his way. A Queen roadie partly described it as Freddie always being involved in everything. He made sure that everything was set to a certain standard, everyone could relax because they knew Freddie make sure that things are of a certain standard. He was very involved with Roger Taylor (drummer) and John Deacon's (bass player) songwriting. He spent the most time in the studio, he worked on music videos and the design of the band, he wrote the most songs. Freddie was really good at coercing the others to follow his ideas. Queen voted on a lot of issues, but Freddie could often have the final say.
Great reaction! My older son is named Patrick, he's a great guy like you both seem to be. Hope you do some Rush songs soon since you love transitions...start with Tom Sawyer and YYZ and you'll keep going...:) Stay authentic! Peace!

Peace!
❤️❤️❤️
Listen to Let me Live. Great song
Originally not one of Brian's favorite songs because of what it represented in Freddie's life but he eventually enjoyed playing it.
He didnt like it having gay overtones
And said it felt like sepratism
I wish he had considered how Freddie would have felt sepratism
You guys need to listen too Breakthru. It will make you happy
Please do '39' with Brian May on lead, with Freddie and Roger on backing vocals....
