It’s hard, it’s exhausting, but the moment I applied even more discipline plus just not giving up like a lil bitch , watching David Goggins, Jordan Peterson, Jocko.. i learned all of this and discover my purpose . It’s hard the process, even more in the beginning , latter you get frustrated by the weakness times that you drop the ball. But you try being kinder to yourself and your surroundings . What amazes me most of all is the beautiful arc of Mike's journey, and how now later in life he has become sage and gentle, a warrior in the garden. To me, he represents a fully realized person, one who has expereicned the highest highs and some of the lowest lows. HIs fights were legendary and his style inspirational, but I'm glad the warrior has finally come home.

Cus had him squared away and educated. He saw potential and he was damn correct in his assumption. Had him study war philosophy (Sun Tzu) as well as everyone else mentioned here, but also traditional philosophy and psychology such as Aristotle and even Jung. Prime example of that the fathers are so important for a boy to grow up with right morals and the understanding what beeing a real man is, because beeing arrested 36 times at only 13 years of age is insane. He could have been another young boy getting killed, but a stable father figure that pushed him to be better and loved him simply saved his life. All these young thugs need is a good mentor. I’m on the path for 6 years. It’s hard, it’s exhausting, but the moment I applied even more discipline plus just not giving up like a lil bitch , watching David Goggins, Jordan Peterson, Jocko.. i learned all of this and discover my purpose . It’s hard the process, even more in the beginning , latter you get frustrated by the weakness times that you drop the ball. But you try being kinder to yourself and your surroundings . And later things start getting better, it’s wonderful but lite it will always be difficult , never accept being mediocre (i’m meditating for 6 years too, take care of your mind)
