    Thank you so much

    AC doesn't have fix anode & cathode. So it is DC...

    you can buy this chemical (Copper sulphate) at your nearest chemical shop the one who sells lab goods
    & if you are close to us we will give you in litte amount for experiment

    How many moles should the copper sulphate solution be?

    Use DC, connector with the coin should be the negative - (cathode), connector with the copper should be the + (anode). Copper plating works best at about 3V DC.

    It is distilled water or tap water?

    • @TechsScience

      Tap water you can use distilled too

    Black mud is concentrated on workpiece (coin)
    What is that black paste
    And how to avoid it

      Maybe you are using iron which corrodes

    good idea for earning a bit of subs 😉copper plating with Cu2+ salts is very known and works quite good (we use it from time to time too)
    but you should wear gloves, copper salts are toxic and your oils from your skin make the solution dirty so it doesn't work as good anymore...
    also you can't pour it down the drain... you need to dispose of it properly...
    we can make an video about recycling copper solutions like than one if there is enough interest (it will be hobbyest friendly)

      The Chemical Workshop actually here we don't have direct contact or salt with hands so it doesn't needs gloves
      & yeah thanks to recommend idea

    distilled water are tap water ? Because I want to do science fair for you correctly this project come???????

    • @TechsScience
      @TechsScience  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No distilled water required you just need a simple water

    How did u get copper sulphate ? Did u steal it from your school lab 😂😂

      😅
      Fortunately my uncle is in Company using Copper sulphate so they bring for me
      Or else i had stolen from school lab😉

    How do they feel after there made

      Do they feel sticky

    • @TechsScience
      @TechsScience  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, it feels the normal coin
      It only gets the colour change

    • @jaimeponce8454
      @jaimeponce8454 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So r they lighter in weight

    • @TechsScience
      @TechsScience  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is no change in weight
      The copper deposited is very thin layer it gets a negligible weight change
