Rockpool Fishing with a 90cm Tanago Rod

Here I'm fishing rockpools with a tiny fishing rod.
The rod is a traditional Japanese tanago rod usually used to catch miniature baitfish.
I've chosen to use slightly larger hooks to avoid deep hooking but the principle is the same.
I've taken the approach and turned it to rockpools in the United Kingdom to see how effective it can be on our gobies and blennies.

Finally, someone on TH-cam who does some actual microfishing. Everyone else is using 1 inch lures to catch 10 inch fish and calls it microfishing.

No not really, I'd never kneel on rocks anyway. Just use a longer leader if you need too. I did sit on my arsenal a couple times while i was focusing in a small area.

So sorry, I don't. If I was mentioning a gender I was just assuming. There are ways to tell I am sure but I'm no expert I'm these species.
