You need to make it down here sometime. The spring heads are amazing. Although nice thing about where you are, you don't have to worry about alligators. Lol
The intro you said Ginnie springs which is on the Santa Fe river..lol. So many Florida springs even I get confused sometimes 😂. Was at salt and silver springs last week. Stayed at Idle awhile resort for the entire week. Had a blast. Happy to see you enjoyed the area. Keep up the great videos!
Wait, you guys work other than youtube? I really thought this was your full time job? LOL! I'm going to have to check out this spring, I love going to different ones and haven't been to this one. Thanks for another great video!
Really enjoying the new channel! Love the new places that you’re going to with your Sea-Doos! Curious, what made you start this new channel with your Sea-Doo travels?
Thank you! Our main channel was/is a bit all over the place. The TH-cam algorithm wants the channels to be niche. So because this was a large part of our audience and a major passion of mine we split it out on its own.
I was thinking your 4 MPG was lower than my guide of 5 MPG for rides with mixed speeds and 80 mile range... but that is my trim up and you then explained you were trim down, which i think all makes sense. We can probably go more than 80 miles on a full tank with our 170s, but i would get VERY nervous and we likely wouldnt get too far.
For the most part I just use Google maps. As long as you have cell phone coverage. You're in good shape. There are other options like GPS for the Sea-Doos. Some even have it built in. Or nevtronics for your phone. I personally think all of that is a bit overblown for just cruising lakes rivers and near shore. Google maps on my phone works fine for 99.9% of what I do.
This was Silver Glen, not Silver Springs. We left from salt Springs boat ramp. Link below. It's only about a 12 mile ride one way. Pretty easy amzn.to/3LNlAVQ
Here is a link to the ride that we did for Silver spring. This was only about a 5 mi ride one way, but it's all idle zone th-cam.com/video/T6IKKgIuMDM/w-d-xo.html
Great vlog. That water is beautiful, it’s been 10 yrs since I’ve been to Florida.

True. We did 80 miles in the other video. I think max, with ideal conditions maybe 100 mi.
What do you use for your navigation to find the springs? We just bought sea-doos and are looking forward to trying all these places
