Hello, The gold cylinder head took all the punch and power out of my bike, it was just bland and very, very extreme for enduro, in the end I tried the red one, the power...and it was phenomenal...cheers.
Only to add that in the installation it is necessary that at the time of replacing the water in the radiator it is necessary to make sure that it comes out a little bit through the thermostat, so that there are no air bubbles.
Cool. I also got a blue S3 head for my 2022 300 XC TPI. On the 2022 the S3 low compression head uses a NGK BR7EIX sparkplug per Slavens Racing. I also have a Coober ECU which many rider love as it improves over the stock ECU (with a stock head) and also with the S3 head. Have not installed the head yet.
Hi! Can you shed some more light on how you feel about this modification and what have you gained/lost in terms of the feel on the bike now that some time has passed and you've tested it more? Thanks!
@@TheDirtbikeRider I tried 13/50, 13/51, 13/52 but I’m running the 12/49 now. About the same as the 13/53. I think a younger and faster guy would like 13/52 or 12/48 more. 😀
Hey buddy did you change ecu or anything on the gasgas I’m thinking about trying the spa end or power head but everything I see says need ecu flash to do head or will make it to lean?
@@tyler2wheels Hey man. I didn’t do an ECU flash. Just put the head on and the idle screw mod. Slavens and RK Tek have said you don’t need to flash or replace ECU when swapping the head. Don’t take that as Gospel but I just swapped it on and the bike runs fine. Did a little tweaking of air bypass screw and the the idle adjustment screw I put in. The S3 Exteme head I used is slightly lower compression than stock. Makes it less jumpy (more mellow off idle) and harder to stall. I like it in tight trees and when trying to navigate weird sections where I might tip over. Still has all the power for climbs and what not.
I just installed mine and coolant is leaking from the spark plug. Any idea why? Apparently this is a big problem with S3 heads on newer bikes. I have a 2022 Sherco 300 se

Thanks for sharing, but bike didn't become too aggressive ?
lube the O rings before you seat them, it will stop them from popping out.
thanks for info , next time i will do it
@@TheDirtbikeRider Just use grease all around the o-rings; it doesnt harm at all, I’ve been doing it for years
I swoped heads makes bottem end more rideable now

I put the S3 Extreme head on my 2022 GasGas EC300. I like the feel of it. It’s nice in woods.
what gearing you use ?

Did your bike smoke a lot during the first start ? Can’t tell if I’m burning water or if it’s running rich
Hi, did you remapped the ecu ? Cheers
What sprocket used for extreme enduro?? What front and what rear???
12/49

how much does it cost?
I also added a heavy clutch weight to mine. I like that a lot too.
hello! do you have any link to heavy clutch ? thanks
yeah, its good mod, i added 170grams to flywheel
Ran one on all my Sherco. Works great for me.
yes, its really good product
nice Video! 🔥
Thumbs up and keep it up :)
Hi from spain... what happend with your beta?? Where is it??
No need to do some modification with ECU ??
