Keep the cut-off roots and dried stems to add to your compost heap or spread over your garden, which will help deter pests.

Thanks. Hanging upside down makes sense to me.

Those reusable bags are genius! Where did you get them from? I'm trying garlic for the first time this year, FL, so fingers crossed lol

Garlic is really easy to grow, just takes a while.
As far as the bags go, I got mine off Amazon , you can search reusable produce bags and find them

Once a person learns the basics, garlic is one of the easiest, most rewarding crops to grow. I have been growing for about 5 years, but relocated across country and so am just starting over this year. Bought 3lbs of seed from a local, reputable dealer, worked out to about 250 cloves in the ground. Enough for two families for the year, enough to replant and some to sell at the farmers market. It is easy, please give it a try. Enjoy!

I think so as well! As we prepare to move to the cabin, I'm trying to decide which place to grow it at.
      Good luck!

Hello, probably much too late now but your labels appear to say “neirloom” instead of “heirloom”. Hope you don’t mind me commenting. Nice video. 😊

I had to go look! They did have the h.
It wouldn't have surprised me if I had done that though.
Thanks for letting me know! I'd rather check and do it wrong for all time! :)

How much do you sell them for

When we sold, it was $3 a bundle, which was 3 heads. Since we've moved, we've not gotten production up yet

What a shame using plastic for such a nice union!

Do you have a product to use instead? I've love to hear.

I just braid them and tie with a thin string of hemp.
